"What do you mean we have to tour?!"

Jungkook had not been in the mood to talk to anyone but unfortunately he was summoned to the King's throne room.

To his dismay, not only did he have to bear listening to his parents nag him but this time, Taehyung was attending the meeting. 

"You heard your mother." The Alpha stressed as he eyed his son with disapproval.

Jungkook just wanted to throw his sanity out the window already. He just met Jimin and now his parents are going to send him off to tour their kingdom before he gets married. 

As if!

Alpha Jungsoo, Jungkook’s father, sighed as he saw his son's discomfort, "This is your responsibility as my heir." 

Jungsoo looked at his wife Kana, "Your mother and I are getting too old.It's time for you to take over some responsibility Jungkook. How do you expect to rule a kingdom you haven't even explored? " 

Kana nodded in agreement. It had been a thirty year reign. The longest the Jeon lineage has ever had in history and that was only because it took Jungsoo an Kana ten years to finally conceive their son. 

"Your father is right Jungkook," Kana spoke with ease as she wanted her son to understand it was his time to take the throne and this was just one of the first steps. 

"You need to act like a King. This behavior of yours is getting out of hand. How would the people react if they knew you treated your betrothed like a speck of dust?" 

Taehyung frowned at the facts and Kana could only hold back the tears she felt as she watched the young omega shrink down. 

"Your mother is right Jungkook," Jungsoo stressed as he leaned back on his throne and watched his son tremble, not from fear but anger. 

"I understand," Jungkook stated with unease in his face," However, can't we speak about this as a family. As I recall Taehyung has no right to be attending our family meetings. He isn't bearing my mark."

He then looked at Taehyung in disgust, causing the omega to turn away as their gazes met. 

"That is enough!" Kana roared, her amber eyes burning into her son's challenging gaze. 

"You will not disrespect Taehyung anymore,"Kana rose up from her seat and pointed her index finger at her son," You will start to treat him correctly or there will be repercussions to your disobedience, heir or not, you are still my son Jeon jungkook." 

Jungkook bit down his tongue as the beast inside him grew frustrated. 

Mother chose Omega over son. She disrespect me. Make fool of me, Alpha. She needs to respect me, Alpha. Omega not Alpha!

Jungsoo eyed his son before sighing, "Your anger at your mother will not help you become a respected King, Jungkook. You need to learn how to become responsible for your actions and for those around you. You are still erratic and boundless. It's up to you to become a king that we can be proud of, that our kingdom can look up to and trust." 

Idiot Alpha. 

Jungkook wanted to roll his eyes at his wolf bit chose to just stay quiet as he watched his mother sit down and his father eye him closely.

"Taehyung is a part of our family Jungkook. " Jungsoo stressed as he saw the young omega trembling with discomfort, " He is to be your other half and that is final. I expect you to treat him as you would your future subjects, with care and respect."
