Chapter 1- Get Going!

Rachel's POV
"GIRLS, GET YOUR LAZY ASSES DOWNSTAIRS AND PACKED SO WE ACTUALLY HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO EAT OK!!!!" My mom yelled. What my mom didn't know was we were actually pretty packed, almost everything was in our cars. Yes, I know, cars plural. That was just for our luggage, we had a whole u-haul for our instruments. My family is HUGE on music. I'm more keen on dancing but I play the keyboard and a little bit of the viola. All of us play at least two instruments ourselves. "Rachel, get your damn dancing shoes out of the main hallway!" My mom yelled. " I tripped on them and almost broke my neck!" Though she may seem strict she usually not this frantic and controlling. She's just stressed ex about flying eight children across the country from LA to Somewhere in Florida. "Yes mom," I hollered back. Yes, your read correctly. I have seven siblings. All girls! I quickly scooped up my shoes and put them with the other luggage. I did one last look around the house and I went out to the garage. "Okay everyone listen up!", Yelled my dad." Rachel, your going to drive Sam, Taylor and Hannah. Your mom will take Danielle and Liz and I will take the twins. There you have it, my family. I'm 19. Liz is 18. Then the twins, Lani and Bianca are 17. Than Taylor is 16. Then Danielle and her NOT twin sister Hannah are 15. Sam is 14. "Yes Sir," We all replied. We all filed into our assigned cars and headed off to the airport. Remember what my mom said about being late? Well we were 45 minutes early even after baggage and security! Once the plane had boarded and was in the air I plugged in my iPhone and started listening to sleeping with sirens and pierce the veil droning out the rest of the world.
Now would be a good time to introduce myself. My name is Rachel. I'm 19 and I'm 5'6 I have straight blond hair down to my waist with a side swept fringe and deep blue eyes that sometimes people think are contacts. I'm string and muscular but not one of those gross body builder women. I have a button nose and pink lips. I only have my ears and my belly button pierced. From my clothing style you could label me a prep. My music choice says otherwise. I mostly listen to emo, rock, and metal.

Now for my dear sister Sam, she's the baby of our family. She has Carmel colored hair down to about shoulder level. She has side swept fringe. She has light grey eyes and long lashes to accent them. She too has a button nose and full pink lips. She also has braces. She should be getting them off in about half a year. She has her ears pierced and is about 5'1. Her taste in music is more boy bands like 5 seconds of summer and the vamps. She's a bit on the shy side. Her hobbies are skating and playing the guitar with random celebrities on her YouTube channel.

Taylor is really energetic but doesn't really tell anyone. It may not seem like it but she's really shy and doesn't talk to anyone outside the family. Taylor has straight up shocking purple hair. She has amazing eyes that actually change color based on her mood! Other then her eyes she had the same facial appearance as Sam. Taylor has her nose, lip, ears, and belly button pierced. Her hobbies include writing sheet music and piano and cello. She listens to my kind of music as well. Honestly, she's my favorite.

Next is Bianca. Bianca is the twin of Lani. Bianca has bleach blond hair down to her waist with hot pink bangs and real underlayers.She has grey eyes and the traditional button nose and full pink lips. She stands around 5'3 and has her ears and belly button pierced. Her hobbies are playing the bass or the drums. Bianca is pretty much ADHD all the time!

Next is Bianca's twin Lani. She has exactly the same facial appearance as her twin except she has my deep blue eyes. Lani has black hair with purple bangs that go to her waist. Lani has her ears, nose, lip, and belly button pierced. Her hobbies are singing and playing the flute. She's quite serene but when you put the twins together they cause quite the trouble. She is also ADHD like her sister.

Liz is an exact replica of me except for her hair and eyes. Some people mistake her for my twin which is weird because she is a year younger than me. Liz has honey brown eyes and a blue and red streak in her hair that reaches her waist. She also has the most piercings in the family. Her ears, lip, belly button, nose, right above her lips, and other places I'm not allowed to tell you. She is an inch shorter than me and her hobby is playing the guitar.

Then there is Danielle. Danielle has blood red hair and has the same dumb moments as Kat in victorious. Kay has grayish silverfish eyes and stands 5'2. She has the same button nose and full pink lips. She has her ears and belly button pierced. Her hobbies are drawing and playing her prized electric violin and the regular viola. Electric violin? You may ask. Who plays that. Well, Danielle loves it.

Last but not least is Hannah. Hannah has black emoish hair with grey blueish eyes. She stands 5'2 like Danielle. And again, she has the family button nose with pink full lips. She ha her ears, lip, and nose pierced. Her hobbies are gymnastics and playing the saxophone and the trumpet. She runs around the house yelling "I'm awesome" on the weekends. I you can tell she's also ADHD.

Yeah, you've probably guessed it. We're pretty much all scene and punk except for our parents. Don't judge, its not nice. Just because we're punk doesn't mean we aren't regular.

Now you're probably wondering why I'm on a plane flying across the country. Well, my parents are filthy rich. They are part of the world's largest tracking orchestra. That would explain the thing my family has for music. After Florida, they are flying to South Africa to go to a concert and we "children" are not allowed to go. Instead we fly to Florida to stay with a family that's old friends of our parents. Sounds cools right? Well, not really... We don't even know the family! And they have eight boys for kids. EIGHT!!
All I can say is watch out boys! Here come the crazy Dane family!
