The criminal and the Tenryou commissioner

What are you doing???

When Kujou Sara headed off to work at the station, a familiar face was waiting outside. No not one of her soldiers, but Itto.

"Heyyy Kujou! So uh I just wanted to say than-"

Sara stopped him with a hand to the mouth as she looked around anxiously.

"Shut up! Do you want me to get fired?!" She sighs. "Just forget about it, and don't you think I'll let you off again!"

"Oh both of us know you always let me go with a warning!"

It is true~ of all the times Itto has gone into custody, he's never been "officially" arrested.

"Well, I'll see you around Tengu, and don't forget our rematch!

Itto walks off with a wink.

Luckily no one was around to see the slightest pink on Sara's cheeks.

Later that evening Sara gets a call from a well known shop in Ritou

"Kujou Sara from the Tenryou commission, is there anything you need?"

"Hello Miss Sara, that oni...uh Arataki- Itto? I think he called himself, well he's acting up again. It looks like he's having a bug fight or something with kids but he keeps disturbing everyone cause he's being so loud, kids also end up crying.

"Alright I will go knock some sense into him, thank you for the notice."

Sara decides to take this call herself, as it's just Itto.

As she walks through Ritou she can hear a lot of commotion from the town square.

"HAHA! That was a good move kid! But my beetle 'ThunderStorm' will knock yours out with his ultimate move! ThunderStorm, lighting kick!"

The beetle does not respond to his command, and instead lets his opponent flip him over.

"WHAT! Ugh! ThunderStormmm, I can't keep losing to little kids...."

Sara walks in on this fight, where it seems he is battling kids, who are lined up to take snacks from this loser.

"Hey! You've been disturbing citizens Itto. What do you have to say about yourself."

"Oh hey Tengu! Im just having a Onikabuto tournament! Nothing to see here~"

*sigh* "I've been told you made kids cry? That's nothing to turn my head to."

"What!? No!....Well there was Mirai, but she just trip and fell! I was comforting her!"

"I don't think a scary oni is the best person to comfort children."

"The kids love me! You're delusional."

"Whatever, just- calm down, and maybe take your "Onikabuto tournaments" outside the city."

"Fineee but just cause I'm giving up today doesn't mean you can kick me out of my favorite hang out spot!"

As Sara starts to turn anyway Itto shouts.

"Hey uh- wait a minute! Is there a reason you always let me off with a warning?~"

"Your crimes don't warrant an arrest, unless you keep offending."

"How many times does it take to get arrested?"

"Uhm, with this type of issues...probably 50? Why in the world do you want to know?"

"Have I not reached 50 yet?" He actually seems a little disappointed and flabbergasted as he says this.

"I don't know? Do you want me to arrest you?!"

"Wellllll...if I'm stuck in a prison cell with you as my guard-"

Sara cuts him off with a sharp gasp and an annoyed (but pink) face.

"Itto!" Sara ends up slapping him. Mostly out of pure shock, she was not expecting this stupid criminal to flirt with her!

"Uhm- just stop disturbing everyone!"

And with that she runs off, too embarrassed to stay in that situation. Basically all of Ritou saw it. Though only a few of them even cared.
