"you see right through me" nyx slowly sung along to the summer walker song as she put things in place on her desk
i sat on her bed watching her, her mom and dad were out of town for they anniversary and who knows where her brothers was at so we was alone.
"what sani" she said looking up making eye contact with me through the mirror, i shook my head
"ion know, you look good " i notice her smirk before looking back down tryna hide it
i leaned back on her bed before my hand fumbled against something, her sketch book.
"you are so nosey" she said climbing into bed throwing one of her lil stuffed animals on my chest
"yeen got none in here you wanna hide right?" i asked before i opened it ian wanna invade and see something that was too personal
"what would i possibly be hiding from you"she said looking over at me, her head on my shoulder as i looked back down into her eyes
she so perfect
i opened the book and saw all these beautiful sketches, her art style varied from realistic shit to cartoony stuff and she did some graffiti inspired stuff too she did self portraits too, this shit raw
"woahhh" i chuckled as i flipped the page

"self portrait?" i joked making her look away
"boy hush" she chuckled before flipping the next page for me
i flipped three more pages until i saw what looked like a picture of us, me and her standing looking at each other smiling in a sea of people
wait i remember this
"this that picture liyah had posted of us that one time, you drew it" i smiled looking over at her as she smiled back
"yeah i liked the picture i wanted to see how it would look in my style" she shrugged
"this raw as hell nyx, my mouth ain't that big tho" i side eyed her
"you right, it's bigger" she chuckled as i hit her with a pillow
"see u draggin it" she said getting up out of the bed, she stood at the foot of the bed looking at me as we held eye contact
"c'mere" i said using my hand to motion her toward me
she bit the outter corner of her lip before crawling into the bed eventually ending up in a straddling position over my lap, her hands landed on my shoulders as i leaned back against her head board
