abisai was in shock when he asked that question, she did have a crush on him for a while.
but she didnt want to make a move 𝐲𝐞𝐭.
"oh my yes ofc i would love to go on a date with you!" abisai smiled with her braces showing.
"okay, what time?" reiss said
"uh, 3 pm?"
"alright, see you then!" reiss said
he pulled her in for a hug then walked away, when abisai turned around he saw him giving joe a high five and his friends congratulating him for finally asking abisai.
abisai just laughed and walked back to her family.
"who's the boy?' her dad asked
"my teammate?" she said
"yo u sure that's not ur likkle boyfriend?' abisai auntie asked
abisai laughed and shook her head no.
as soon as she reached home she took a shower and went on her phone and on snap, her father came in her room and asked who the boy was again, abisai had to eventually tell him who he was but she obviously had to leave out the part that he was going to take her out on a date.
as she walked in she heard her mom and aunt sitting on the couch watching a jamaican comedy, she went downstairs took another shower and went back upstairs to take out her dinner, her aunt cooked rasta pasta that night and she ate that up.
"was it that good abisai?' her aunt asked while laughing.
"very very good, thanks auntie" abisai said.
"yuh father told me about u and that boy"
"my god" abisai said with her hands on her face.
"what did he say?" abisai asked
"dont worry bout it, but mek sure u and that damn boy dont do anything" auntie said
"dont go into detail about what could happen please auntie" abisai sighed
but of course she went into detail of what could happen anyways, but you eventually had to go to bed for your big day tomorrow.
"night auntie" abisai
"night abisai, remember to say yuh prayers!" auntie said
"will do." she said
she said her prayers then fell asleep.
the next morning she woke up to her parents or auntie playing music, she checked her clock it was only 9:45 am on a saturday. abisai got out of her bed took a shower and did her skincare routine and brushed her teeth.
abisai walked upstairs to her auntie making breakfast and also watching her baby sister, she hugged her aunt and sister and ate breakfast.
"good morning abisai" her auntie said
"morning auntie" abisai said back
"any plans for the day?" auntie asked
"mhm, going out with friends" abisai said
"mek sure its just friends and not that boy" auntie said
"what is wrong with you and my friend" abisai laughed
