Chapter 9: Back from training

A month later

Sophia's POV

It felt like a month later or more and I now knew his name, he knew mine for a while already.

Ashton.

He was going to enter the Crime Championship. He wanted his horse to stay fit and ordered me to train his horse, due to him having trainings and meetings and such.

Little did he know I was high in the rankings back in the normal world...

I mounted Thunder as we rode to the hills.

I made him walk up and down the hills. This would improve his condition in all his gaits.

If you wonder how I know how to take care of horses and train them: I maybe used to ride when I was around 14 to 16 and I was really good.

He noticed that in this month.

And there was still somewhat tension between him and I.

Our 'relationship' was like employee and boss. Nothing romantic, sorry guys.

I also had to sleep in the same bed as him which sometimes was awkward.

There were moments that I had flirting guys, making him look a certain way at them, making them stop immediately.

There were some good looking guys here, but Ashton was really good looking.

I wondered if he had like a 'lady' or girlfriend.

I patted Thunder's neck seeing he was sweaty, so we went back.

Once we got back I saw Ashton walking towards me as I dismounted Thunder.

"What did you do with him?" He seethed.

"I made sure I used some hills so he gets better condition and strength." I spoke.

He then muttered a 'fine' as he walked away.

I washed Thunder as I led him towards his stable.

A 'thank you' would've been nice, 'boss' .

I went upstairs seeing it was time for dinner. I always ate with co servants seeing he ate with the PureBloods.

"So what did you train with his horse today?" One of the servans asked me.

"Especially to build up strength and condition by using the hills." I spoke.

I ate my food, cleaned up my plate and went to my horse.

If you wonder what her name is: Storm.

And no this isn't thought about seeing Ashton's horse is named Thunder, this is her actual name the slaughter gave her.

I tacked her up and waited for a servant or mister brat himself to hand me the list of animals.

Ashton walked towards me with the list and gave it to me.

"Tomorrow my training will start seeing next week are my matches. I expect you to keep training my horse and to keep hunting." He spoke as he went away.

I wanted to be able to rob again. The last time I robbed I wasn't stuck here.

I kissed Storm's snout as I mounted her, earning a few glances from the PureBloods, including Ashton.

She was feeling ON! She raced towards the forest.

A monster came after us as I jumped off Storm, shouting at her to keep galloping as I got attacked by the monster.
