❝ while we were waiting, we managed to find what are souls were seeking.❞
I could feel his body heat from where I was siting. I wanted to close the gap with longing. Press my lips on his and let his heat radiate around me as I felt the warmth from his lips.
He were currently standing in front of the 'Smartboard' waiting for Mrs Naomi to finish assessing the last person. The class was busy conversing with one another, minding their own business, whilst I, on the other hand, was busy admiring his ass as Selene plaited my hair.
Everything was perfect.
When he noticed I was sitting in the front, he took to long strides towards me and placed his hands on my desk. I had turned my head only a millisecond ago to answer a question that Selene asked me. As I turned my head around to face him, my heart accelerated from its steady pace to a sprint as I noticed our close proximity. Our faces were millimeters apart, any closer an our lips would have been touching. I inhaled his intoxicating scent of warm caramel and chocolate, and was just about to ask him to move away when he abruptly started talking.
'You know, if you want to see my ass all you have to do is ask.'
All the blood in my body rushed to my cheeks, I turned my head away so he didn't notice. Selene suddenly jumped out of her seat and ran to the back of the room, leaving me to handle Cato by myself.
'Well that eliminated one of our problems,' he said as he watched my next door neighbour take a seat beside Harvey, her boyfriend, who immediately drew her into his chest and kissed her cheek. 'Now where were we?'
'We weren't anywhere.' I stated as I turned my head back towards him. He raised an eyebrow in question and I almost melted right there in my seat.
'Mr Saab.'
We suddenly broke apart at the sound of Mrs Noami's voice. My heart still hadn't slowed down from it's erratic, fast run. As you moved away to start you presentation, I rested my head on the desk and allowed the sound of your voice to lull me to the point of unconsciousness.

'Delilah.'
I was fighting the darkness; struggling to get closer to the voice. The voice seemed so familiar yet so unrecognisable. I felt a finger tap my shoulder, immediately setting off sparks, as I tried to regain consciousness.
'Oh goody, you're alive.'
I looked up and straight into the eyes of Cato. It honestly isn't fair how good looking he was. His shaggy, chestnut hair reached just above his eyebrows, allowing the fine hairs to be grazed by the trimmed ends. His electric blue eyes gazed at me with what seemed to be relief.
'I'm taking you home.'
Those few words fell from his mouth and were enough to make me golt back into reality. I realised I was still in the geography classroom, I must have fallen asleep during Cato's presentation.
I pushed back the seat I was sitting on and stood, raking my fingers through my hair.
'You know I could walk home it's really not that-'
I couldn't even finish the sentence before he had grabbed my hand and was leading us towards the entrance of the school.
'No can do babe, it's raining and I can't handle leaving you alone for a second at the moment. I'm driving you home.'
I quietly obeyed his command, trailing behind him with my small wrist enclosed in his firm, warm hand. When we reached the door, I was surprised to realise that Cato was right, it was raining. By the time we reached his car, we were dripping wet. I opened the door and hurriedly climbed in. Cato, on the other hand, entered the car hesitantly.
