The party

Scarlet's first week at east highland high school went okay she had actually made some pretty cool friends she was excited because it was Nate's party tonight. School had just finished Scarlet, Jules and Kat all decided to get ready at Scarlets house as her mother was working so much so she would be sleeping at the hospital instead of coming home, they all biked to Scarlets house Jules and Kat rushed to Scarlets room but Scarlet decided to grab a bottle of wine from her mothers wine fridge hoping her mother wouldn't notice she took it up to her room "hey I got this I know it's not the best but it's all I can take without my mom noticing" Kat and Jules just smiled wide and took a chug from the bottle Jules then gave it back to Scarlet "you know what scarlet that actually isn't bad" Kat agreed. The girls started getting changed into their outfits the theme of the party was cow boys and cowgirls (girls outfits shown) so the girls had went shopping for stuff in the middle of the week once they were ready they took a group photo scarlet honestly loved this town it was the first time she genuinely felt like the girls she was hanging out with wanted her there especially since she was included in shopping trips and the photos things her past friends would leave her out of she felt wanted and she loved it. The girls got picked up my Lexi she was driving them all there Maddy was in the passenger seat handing out mini bottles of vodka for us to shot and then gave us out a bottle of cola to share Cassie, Jules, Scarlet and kat were all squished together in the back seat Cassie had to sit on Jules lap so they could all fit, they then pulled up and parked they were here at Nate's house everyone looked so cute but their group definitely looked the cutest thought Scarlet. The girls walked into his house it was Scarlets first time seeing it and wow it was huge it even had a pool and a hot tub the kitchen was bigger than most peoples living room and kitchen together there was a huge table with lots of snacks and alcohol Scarlet walked up to the table and made herself a drink just then she smelt a familiar scent it was Nate she turned around to see him in his cowboy outfit she let out a small giggle "aww you look cute" "shut up" said Nate "I had to dress up for my own party theme, you look sexy tho" just as the two started to get along and laugh Maddy ran up to them "Nate baby" she practically screamed "I want to dance with you right now you" she said slurring her words wow Scarlet thought to herself how can she already be drunk, Nate rolled her eyes "Maddy your already fucking drunk I told you not to do this you look a fucking mess" Maddy frowned "I just wanted to fucking dance Nate you're such a fucking cunt. You know what Nate I'll find someone better to dance with" she then stormed off "does she do that a lot" Scarlet asked Nate "yeah basically anyway I'm sure she'll be fine want to dance?" Scarlet raised an eyebrow at him "hmm you know what yeah let's dance" Nate and Scarlet walked to the dance area in his house when they got there they spotted Maddy passed out on a chair with vomit down her outfit and some guy trying to get her up he looked shady Scarlet was about to walk over before Nate stoped her "wait here please I'm just going to take her to my brothers room and clean her up but before I do that I'm going to get McKay to get rid of that guy" Scarlet smiled "don't worry I'll wait I'll talk to Cassie and Jules while I wait on you" just then she looked on as Nate interrupted McKay and Cassie making out in a corner McKay then walked with Nate to Maddy McKay took the guy outside and done whatever and Nate grabbed Maddy and carried her upstairs.
Scarlet walked over to rules "hey where's rue?" Jules shrugged "she said something about hanging with fez she didn't want to come with us anyway I guess it's too much right now" scarlet nodded and kept watching their stairs for Nate. Scarlet and Jules had been talking for half an hour before a cheer came from the bottom of the stairs it was Nate walking down people really get this excited he's returning to the party? Scarlet thought but she was excited to dance with him now, Nate walked over to Scarlet with a big smile "ready to dance now?" He grabbed her hand and took her back to their spot the two of them danced for hours getting close and sweaty they probably danced to sexually and close considering Nate's in a relationship with Maddy but all Scarlet could think was how good she felt with him Nate leaned down and whispered in her ear let's go upstairs to my room Scarlet didn't even take a moment to think she just followed Nate to his room.
They didn't even consider that Cassie would notice them going up to his room together Cassie was Maddy's best friend and this could be bad if she decides to mention it to Maddy.
