(11 YEARS LATER)
"I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!!!!" I yelled as i ran away. Away from the literal HELL that was my "home life." Being punched, kicked, and cut, all for things that were out of my control (like my genetics, seeing as I'm essentially a fox person). I ran out into the forest that lined the town. Running for 4 days straight, covered in cuts and bruises, eventually collapsing from exhaustion and blood loss. "Heh, I guess this is it, huh? At least they don't get the satisfaction of seeing my corpse." I muttered, chuckling to myself. Finally, at peace. Unaware of the changes happening all around me.

I slowly opened my eyes (much to my surprise, & slight disappointment) to see...
