leaky cauldron

[A/N i know there are a lot of punctuation problems but plz bear with me]

'crack'

"Here we are. I trust that you know Tom? the owner of the leaky cauldron?" Dumbledore asks as we walk down diagon alley

"yes I do, I buy my supplies for Beauxbatons in diagon alley. I go through the Leaky Cauldron to get here" I say waving an arm

Dumbledore nods

"alas we will separate here" he says. I frown

"you will find your belongings in your room, I will send some one to take you to Kings cross. Here is your letter containing every thing you need to know and buy" he states handing me an official looking letter.

"thank you, Professor" I say to him

He nods

than looks at me seriously. It felt like his warm blue could see straight into my soul.

"If you are to encounter your brother you shall not tell him that you are his sister" Dumbledore says

"but Professor-" I start

"have patience child, you will be able to tell him, in do time" he says

I frown "alright"

"now that that is settled I must be going back to hogwarts" he says with a sudden bright tone

"see you on the first of September, Luna Evans" he continues

'crack'

with that I trudged inside

"ah hello Luna" says tom "Hello Tom'

"let me show you to your room"

I nod

He leads me through the tables and chairs and up some stairs, that rhymed. Anyway. we enter a hall way and take the first left. there is a room with a bathroom and all my stuff is already there just as Dumbledore had said.

"here you are" said Tom politely

"thank you Tom"

Tom hands me the keys to the room and nods soon after setting off down the hall again.

I close the door behind me.

"hello Sunny" I greet my owl.

Sunny hoots affectionately

I unlock her cage and open the window letting her out.

"forgetting about me are you" hisses midnight in a mock envious tone

"never" I reply and gently take her out of my pocket as I stroke her lovingly

while I pull her out of my pocket and stroke her lovingly

"Good" Midnight hisses

I place her on my bed and she grows back to full size with a flicker of her forked tongue

I push my trunk over to the corner of the room and hang up a calendar with the first day of term circled in red marker

"hmmm its 10:34, I guess I have all day to walk around"

I back flop on my bed thinking about what to do

"oh I know! I will buy my books and other supplies! I mean, the entrance is right around the corner."

"its a bit early, don't you think Luna?"Midnight said

"I wont buy every thing but just enough to keep me occupied" i reply brightly with a shrug of my shoulders
