Back At The Resort

June 8, 2019:

7:30 PM ~Jungkooks POV

Im back at the ruins of Junghwa and I's Resort. For hours now I've been looking for her but can't find her. The sun's going down and with every passing second I find myself wishing harder and harder that she's still alive. A helicopter flies by shouting through a mic that rescue trucks are coming. If Junghwa didn't force me to learn Thai with her I wouldn't of had a clue what they were saying. 

As much as my leg hurts and needs to be tended to, Junghwa is my first priority right now. The trucks arrive and some rescuers rush to me seeing the condition my leg is in. The pour alcohol on the wound thats open and check if I can move it properly. I can barely move it so they guess that I either pulled a muscle or that I sprained my leg. They then hand me crutches so that I dont hurt it more and ease off the pain. Junghwa's lessons are going to finally pay off now. I tap a man's shoulder to get his attention. When he turns around I read his nametag, 'Ten'. Huh, must be a nickname like a lot of other people here. 

"Excuse me, but can you find out which hospital has Kim Junghwa? It's my girlfriend, I don't know where she is. I was at the beach and she was at the resort," I explain hoping my Thai wasn't too butchered that he was able to understand what I said.  "I'll see if theres anyone by that name at any of the hospitals," He says and I nod thanking him. After a few talks with some people over the phone he comes over to me, "There is a Kim Junghwa at one of the hospitals near here, but there's also three others at another one. I'll drive you to the closest one after we drop the other off at out recovery station."

I get helped into the truck quickly with the rest. While they drive off and I can't help but let the hope of her being alive get to me. As soon as we stop at the recovery I'll try to find a phone and call Namjoon. He's probably a nervous wreck and the news of not knowing where Junghwa is will probably make it worse. Unless she is alive and was able to call him. Maybe that'll help me find her too.
