Chapter 04 : Confession

*Next morning*

You woke up by some little bangs on your door. You already know who it was, Peter. You saw in your table clock, it was 6 a.m.

"Wake up Seven. You already know what's today", he said from the other side of the door.

Yeah today is the surprise ability test. And you already know the rules. Whenever these type of tests happen, all children should be gathered in the training hall room before 6:30 a.m. then Papa comes and clear the rules of the test, and the winner got some extra hours to play/ pass their time on rainbow room as an award. Before you have these kind of test twice, though you performed well in those but never won. "002" is stronger than the other children here.
So, you get up from your bed, and become to ready by freshing and wearing your as usual uniform, means the hospital gown like dress. After you done, you opened your door, saw that Peter was waiting for you. Looking at his eyes, you suddenly got the urge again to know what exactly he was about to say you yesterday. But you know it's not the perfect timing as you should concentrate on your upcoming test. Peter also didn't say anything about the yesterday's matter, as he just smiled at you and said,
"Don't be tensed, I know you will do your best"

With that you both entered in the training hall room, seeing already most of the children are there with their trainer and as usual the guards are standing still in their position. After few minutes Papa came and announced today's test.
Two orderly drew two circles on the floor in a distance from each other. So today's test was quite new and it frightened you. The test is : two members have to complete eachother standing on each circle, covering their eyes using a white piece of cloth, and the moto is to make the opponent get out fro their ring by using telekinesis power.

"First 002 and 013, take your position", Papa ordered.

As they both stand in their ring, two orderlies (Peter and another one) tied a white piece of cloth around their eyes. With the bang 002 easily defeat 013, after that 002 defeated 003, 008, 005, 011 as others as well. As everyone know how powerful he is. At last it's your turn. As Papa called your name you took your position. Other defeated children already sit near the white wall, some are brutally injured by 002's power. You took your position in your ring and before starting you looked at Peter, as he came behind you, and tied the white cloth over your eyes while taking his face near your ear and said "all the best".

"Start!", Papa ordered.

002, with a smirk used his powers and you were almost out of your ring but anyhow controlled yourself. But this time you are not gonna lose. You clenched your jaw and focus and used all your strength and with a bang 002 just smashed with the wall behind him. He was already bleeding because of your tremendous power. But it's natural in test. Dr. Brenner praised you and when you went to Eleven, she hugged you in joy. You took a glance at Peter and saw he was also smiling at you, feeling proud for you while you cleaning the blood from your nose.

After that all children and staffs went for lunch, where you saw Peter was staring at you from too long. You felt a heat building inside you, as your cheeks become red. After lunch all children head to their rooms with their trainer to take some rest. Today there will be no more practices. Both you and Peter were walking silently, while both of your hands touched each other's several times. When Peter opened your door for you, you thought it's the perfect time to ask. You gather all your courage and ask him,

"So what were you saying yesterday?"

Surprisingly Peter bend a little to reach your height and said,
"I love you too ❤️"

with that he just pecked your lips, and leave the place with a smile, leaving you with your eyes open wide, you just froze in your spot, analysing what just happened!

"Did he just kiss me?!"
