According to Google, a subliminal is a stimulus or mental process below the threshold of sensation or consciousness; perceived by or affecting someone's mind without their being aware of it. Basically, messages and affirmations that you cannot hear when conscious, but when unconscious can go directly to the subconscious mind, which can alter your reality!
Basically, you can consciously and subconsciously manifest and change your reality. How cool is that?!
