Jeff pov

Today is a lovely day so I decided to spend it with barcode. He was extremely excited because he was running up and down and straight into the car.

"JEFF"

"Yes barcode?"

"CAN WE GET MCDONALD'S?!"

"sure"

"YAYAYAY"

"gosh barcode you ok-"

"YES"

He's very hype today I'm not complaining honestly it's funny. I'm driving us to McDonald's because he wants some and I won't complain.

-time skip-

We're currently home and barcode is eating chicken nuggets like his life depending it. He's so excited to go swim outside my pool.

I got it fixed last month but barcode had school. He kept texting me multiple times asking to come over but I told him to finish his studies first.

Just as I turn around he's already in swimming trunks and waiting for me to unlock the door so him and the puppy can go out and play.

I go up and unlock the door for him and boy does he run to the pool, the puppy runs after barcode.

"Be careful and dont-"

"I heard you can I go inside now!"

"Yes"

*Time skip*

Im currently making barcode something to eat because he's been outside for hours and only came inside to pee and get things to play with.

I started with Adding crushed garlic and chili to a warm wok with oil and fry for a few seconds. Then add the chicken or pork. Fry over low heat until the meat is done. I almost burned my finger.

Then I Add the oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir it into the meat and fry together until the sugar melts and the sauces form a nice thick and sticky gravy. I tasted it quickly.

After I Turned the heat up puting it on high, added cold precooked rice and stir into the sauces. I kept frying and turning the rice over from the bottom of the pan until it started to dry out and get browned.

Lastly I  Add the mild chili and stir in well. Turned off the heat and added the basil. Stir everything and done!

I grab two plates and serve it up for me and barcode. I made us Khao Pad and I quickly set it in the table. And walk over to the door and open it.

"Barcode -"

"Jeff I'm hungry"

"Great because dinner it ready so get inside"

He quickly dry's off and comes inside he puts the towel down on the seat and looks around for a spoon.

I pass it and he takes it and smiles at me. I give the puppy food and he beings to eat.

"Thanks Jeff!"

"Of course!"
