The Older Todoroki's

Painful but optimistic

Izuku closed the door and got his school clothes out for a hot shower. While in the shower Izuku mentally prepared himself for the awaited meeting of him and his ex lover, Shoto. After getting ready he looked at his door and sighed "This is it, it's time to grow up and let go of these pitiful feelings for that lowlife piece of shit." He said with the utmost venom laced in his voice.

Izuku led himself downstairs to the kitchen area and started to fix himself some cereal as he heard distant footsteps from up the stairs. "Oh, look who finally showed his face around here again, the shitty Deku himself." Katsuki shouted with his arm wrapped around Shoto's waist. "Can't believe you locked yourself up in your room after I stole your boyfriend weirdo." Katsuki said laughing at Izuku's face as Shoto joined in.

Izuku stopped himself from eating and grabbed a granola bar before leaving his childhood bully and ex boyfriend to themselves. He then rushed into his homeroom class and sat down bawling his eyes out praying for this day to end. "Problem child? What are you doing here so early?" Aizawa said tiredly as he slowly gets out of his sleeping bag. "I just felt like it..." Izuku said wiping away the tears off of his face.

"Kid I understand that you are upset and that he broke your heart but all you can do is either change yourself or sulk forever, your choice is how you choose to live out the rest of your life." Aizawa said wholeheartedly to the broken hearted kid. "Yes sir." Izuku says with a gleam in his eyes and a different outlook in mind. Aizawa slightly smiled at the shimmer of hope he could feel from the child and went back to his desk as the bell rang out loud to start off the day.

Class 1A started to fill up the room little by little giving Izuku an ugly glare, but Izuku wasn't bothered by the looks at all. "Alright class take a seat and quiet down please." Aizawa said sighing. "Tomorrow morning you'll no longer have to wear uniforms. Iida, please come up and hand out your new dress codes." Aizawa said while handing off the stack of papers to the young boy. "On the paper it'll show you what you're allowed to wear and before leaving the class I will give you a school badge to let us know when you get here and when you leave from here." Aizawa said.

As Aizawa continued to explain how the badges work Iida reached Izuku's desk rolling his eyes in dissatisfaction as he dropped the dress code at Izuku's feet before stepping on it and making him pick it up. Izuku not caring about the unfair treatment (because he was bullied before) just picked it up and said thanks as if nothing ever happened. Shocked at the reaction Iida huffed and kept handing out the forms as he was told to.

"Also tomorrow y'all kids must bring in your siblings, and those of you who doesn't have siblings are free from this activity." Aizawa sternly said before beginning class. After the bell began to signal the next class all of Aizawa's students start to rush to the next period except for Izuku. Izuku walked his way up to Aizawa and thanked him for his encouraging words earlier that day and to that Aizawa grunted before telling him to get out so he could get some sleep.

During lunch time the entire Deku squad ignored Izuku and was giggling to one another for some odd reason. "Hey Deku!" Tsuyu shouted across the lunch room. "Catch!" Yelled Katsuki as he threw a milkshake at the back of Izuku's head. A burst of laughter quickly filled the entire lunch room then all eyes were on Izuku. Lunch rush ran out from inside the kitchen and starts to calm everyone down and make sure Izuku was ok before sending him off to the dorms for the rest of the day and giving Katsuki a detention.

Once Izuku made his way inside his dorms he started crying. "Why does bad things happen to me? What have I done to deserve this?" He questions to no one in particular yet to everyone who knows about his misfortune. Izuku starts to calm himself down and take a shower before taking a nap and hopefully not wake up before the next day.
