Flashback

Looking at the smiling woman that had me in her arms, I smiled at her feeling that motherly love that a child would love but I got worried as soon as I saw her face expression changed into a sad one.

Feeling rough hands grab a hold of me, I began to cry my eyes out.

Only thing I remember that day was being transported in a car to somewhere that I would know for the rest of my life.

Two years rolled around and she was living the time of her life. Saying her first word that was 'daddy' made the man she knew feel ecstatic.

The little girl happened to meet a friend one day but only reaction she got from his was cold glares and scowls.

Everyday when the girl was younger, her father would bring her to the park and her favorite place would be the swing mainly because she'd always see the cold toddler starring at the swings but would never climb into it.

One day she pressured him into going onto the swing which led to her getting hurt which led to the scar that she had on her leg up till this day.

After that incident,she never saw back the kid that made her feel sad and lonely for a long time but by the time she was 5, she got a new neighbor who she got close to over the next years. During those years, her father started his own food business since he was fired from his job. Since he was so good he managed to excell quickly in the food business and by the time the girl was fourteen, her father was a full on celebrity. Since fame was not the girl's biggest interest, her father decided to hide her identity so that she could go to school without everyone bombing her about her celebrity father.

She even went to high school with her neighbor which led to them getting feelings over a period of time and reaching to where they are now as partners but sadly she didn't know that he had a dark side and she felt extremely bad for awaking that side.

That happened one day when they were on a date when she happened to see someone who looked very familiar and got his phone number to catch up on good times but he saw this as a threat since she couldn't stop talking about him for the next few days and from that day she had been in this bondage with escape because he knew something that she was afraid of letting the world know because she would be treated differently. So she followed everything he told her to do, even afraid to make real friends with anybody. But then in her senior year, she happened to meet, Jisoo, the only person that she trusted enough to tell her secret and didn't get judged for it.

😞😞Man I feel bad for Chaejin. Tbh this is the most motivated book I've written so far.
