"When you know that someone is playing love games with you and still you are there that means either you are a true lover or a true loser."
Leandro's POV
"Breath man, breath." Kenshin kept on reminding me every second. Sure, he's having a time of his life laughing at my back in my not so comfortable state and I'm here standing impatiently for my bride to finally arrive in front of me, but I'm not going to change anything about my situation. Yes I feel uncomfortable but a good kind of one.
I'm looking at her and nothing else matters. She looks so devine and hot at the same time wearing a laced gown reaching the midway of her legs with a long back touching the carpet. She's wearing a veil on top of her head down her entire face. I can't see her clearly from afar but the see-through viel gave us enough to see each others bright smile.
She's grinning from ear to ear as if mirroring mine. Thank good heavens she's here. She didn't run away like I assumed earlier.
Seeing her walking down the aisle towards me feels like heaven with a little bit of hell as her best friends are obviously sabotaging my plan just in front of my face a n d I can't do something about it. They're bluntly convincing her to run away from me. What a supportive best friends! By the way that's sarcastic.
"You have to breath man before your anticipated wedding became an instant fuberal." I gave him a not s gentle punch on the arm and he just laughed. "Hey, relax."
"Shut up, will you?" I focused my vision again towards my beautiful bride who suddenly stopped on her track and my breath hitched within my throat. What it is this time? Is she planning to run away?
I released my breath that I'm holding for seconds when I saw her walking towards me again. I'm sweating profusely now.
"How can I seem to relax when I know those three are ready to snatch her any minute now?" I muttered more to myself without tearing up my gaze on my bride. I'm not even blinking now.
"You're right about that." Kenshin agreed trying to hold back his laughter but failed. "The car racer has his fastest car parked near here. The doctor has his motorcycle and I heard it can fly. And the last but not the least, the very convinient one, we can see the haciendero's chopper from here. All in all three means of escape just waiting for her go signal ."
Is he really trying to help me or torture me? I'm perfectly aware of that facts and hearing those aloud made me more nervous.
I saw Ms. Ferns giving me a hand signal for a standby. Yeah, I'll be singing too. I can sing though I'm not a singer. I mean I'm not good at it unlike her best friends who seem they're born to do it.
Planning this surprise wedding is not that hard. The hard part is convincing my family to go along with it. And of course her best friends, which is the most important because they know my genie way better than I and I badly needed their help.
That's the reason why I'm MIA and paralyzed in the past weeks. I'm doing my mixed martial arts. That's only my alibi of course.
The car racer challenged me for a round of race. Of course I didn't win and I got a huge bump on my forehead. The doctor on the other hand asked me for a match it lawn tennis and that's where I earned black eyes after he accidentally hit me using the ball. And the haciendero, he just let me ride his untrained horse during our horseback riding in his enermous estate. By the way, that horseback riding turned into a race and I ended up injuring my right arm.
All in all, after I got myself paralyzed having what genie called a nuchal hump, panda marks, and mummy's arm, I was able to convince the three to help me with this surprised wedding. Albiet not totally but partially.
