I looked at my phone and saw it was 2:30 in the afternoon.  I pretty much slept all day.  As I looked at the time, I saw a few new messages.  I opened my message icon, and saw 12 new messages from last night and this morning.

Two of them were from my dad.  He texted me to tell say he couldn't come to the show Friday.  I figured he couldn't anyway.  He works all of the time.  My mom left us when I was 9.  She never called me or texted me again.  I saw later that year in the paper that she was put in prison for murder.  My dad told me that he never wanted me to have any contact with my mum ever again.  I didn't have a problem with that because she always had a drinking problem and was verbally abusive to me.  He married my step-mum, Veronica when I was eleven.  She had one son, Tate, who was three years older than me.  I got really close with Tate and Veronica.  Tate moved to Ohio last year to go to college.

I had a text from Tate just telling me he was sending me a birthday gift and that it was going to be early.  My birthday was in two weeks but he always sends me something.  He was honestly the best brother.  There's no step between Veronica, Tate, and I.  They became my family.

I had 3 texts from Camie.  I looked at them, then opened the 4 from Louis.  The last message from him was from about an hour ago.  It said to come by his flat at 4:30.  He said he wanted me to meet the other boys.  I texted him back and said that I would be there.

I also had a text from my aunt Cindy.  She said that she hoped I would do well in my show Friday.  My aunt Cindy is my dad's sister.  My grandma and grandpa on my dad's side moved to Ireland.  My aunts and uncles and cousins all live in France and Ireland. They moved there before my mom left us.

I had one text from Veronica saying that she would be coming to the show since dad couldnt.  I texted her back to thank her.

I went to take a shower; blow-dry my hair, and straighten it.  That took about an hour and when I was changed into skinny jeans and a long sleeved sweater, Camie walked into our room.

"Well it's about time you're up" She said. "I left a little while ago to get some lunch with Amelia and you were still fast asleep.  Where are you going all dressed up?"

"Louis asked me to come over to his flat to meet the other boys." I told her.  "I'll be back by nine, so don't worry."

"Ok, have fun.  I'm just going to chill out here.  Pete might come over for a little while." She said.

“Have fun." I said as I put on my Uggs.  I threw on my jacket and grabbed my phone.  "I'll see you later." I gave Camie a hug and headed out.  It was cold out but I decided to just walk to Louis's.  It wasn't far.

I was almost there when I got a text from Camie.

'We have an early practice tomorrow.  7 a.m. before our classes start.  It's only going to be 45 minutes.'

I repiled 'Ok thanks for telling me.  In that case I'll be back at 8:)  Love you girlie.'

I continued to walk until I came to the address Louis had sent me.  I went up and knocked on the door.  I stood back and waited until someone answered.  I took in the view of the outside of the house.  From just the outside, I could tell it was a huge home.

A blonde boy answered and I recognized him as Niall Horan.  He looked at me before a look of realization came over his face.

"Hi, I'm Marlee!" I said.  I smiled at him and he smiled back.

"I'm Niall Horan.  It's nice to meet you.  Please come in,” He said ushering me into the mansion.  I thanked him and looked around.

"Lou isn't here right now.  He's out with El" He told me.  I looked at him confused.
