Phase One: Age of Consent & Sexual Orientation

Of course, the first problem here is the fact that canon Offenderman is portrayed as a CP, aka, someone who is attracted to people under the age of 18. Let's get one thing out of the way, don't tell me that people 13 and up are considered "teens" and not children. If you're under 18, you're a child. That's just that, don't argue with me.

My take on this character only focuses on targeting adults, no matter their gender. Yes, I portray Offenderman as Pansexual, he is attracted to everyone, whether they are Male, Female, Trans Male or Female, or non-binary. It's 2022, can we all agree with that?

Another thing I'd like to mention is that everything done between him, and his partner, is entirely consensual. If his partner were to ask him to stop at any moment, he would. If his partner was not comfortable with him at all, he'd simply leave them alone and target someone else instead.

I'm not going to go into how he approaches victims too much, because that's information planned for phase two, however, I will go into how I feel that a relationship would work between Offenderman and his partner. I know, I'm using the word partner to an excessive degree. I'm sorry.

Offenderman often finds interest in whatever his partner finds interest in, for instance, games, movies, bands, music genres, and so on. Wherever his partner wishes to go, he'll go, with exceptions for restrooms. He respects people's privacy, in other words, his significant other's privacy.

He's not all about sexual contact, he likes people for who they are. Of course, he cracks the occasional lascivious jokes and purrs like a cat at the simple touch of his chin, however, he does have mutual feelings for people and is more concerned about them as a person rather than getting in their pants.

Next, I'd like to discuss how Offenderman approaches his selected victims.
