"Sir ek baat puchhni thi aapse?" Haseena asked, while driving the car. "Puchhiye...!" "Aapko koi bimari hai kya I mean koi genetic bimari jiski wajah se us din aapki aankhon ka color change hone laga tha aur phir aapke chhot aur us almari mein aapko bilkul ghutan nhi huyi?" They looked at each other at same time.

"Nhi hume koi bimari nhi hai..!" "Toh phir woh sab kyu?" He smiled. "Ek shart par batayenge ki yeh baat hum dono ke alawa kisi bhi teesre ko pata nhi chalni chahiye...maa ko bhi nhi." She looks at him in amazement as she cannot believe that he is going to share his secrets which are still hidden from maa i.e. he believes in her.

"Sir jab aap itne vishwas ke saath humae kuch share kar rahe hai toh aapka vishwas hum kabhi nhi todenge...!" She promised with a smile.

"Hmm....darsal hume koi bimari nhi hai bas aise hi ek case ke dauran hamare andar ek virus inject ho gya (she looked at him with shock), antidote nhi tha hamari team ke paas aur na hi un logon ke paas jinhone virus banaya tha....24 ghante ke andar agar hume antidote nhi diya jata toh hamari mrityu tay thi...hamare team ke research team ne apni jee jaan lakar antidote bana diya, aur jise hume de bhi diya gya...hum thik bhi ho gye par jaldi ke jaldi mein banane ki wajah se us antidote ke kuch pashrv prabhav (she wrinkled her forehead) I mean side effects rah gye..."

"Kaise side effects? She asked worriedly. " Aap janti hai hamare andar pehle se hi kuch aml yani acid hamare andar hi paye jate hai....jinki wajah se hume acidity jaisi pareshani hoti hai (she hummed) GERD ke bare mein kabhi suna hai (she nods no) jyada acidity ki wajah se hone wali bimari jiska pura naam hai Gastroesophageal reflux disease, hune yeh rog nhi tha par is antidote ki wajah se hua...agar hum 24 se 36 ghante tak bina kuch khaye piye rahe toh hume chakkar aane lagega aur saas lene mein takleef hone lagegi...aam taur pe yeh aise kisi swasth vyakti ko nhi hota par hume hua aur aankhon ka rang isliye badla kyunki HCl (hydrochloric acid) reflux ko kam karne ki koshish karta hai par antidote ki wajah se reaction hone lagte hai hamare andar...!" He explained everything to her.

"Sir phir is koi treatment kyu nhi kara lete? " She ask as she is concern for him. "Kyunki iska koi upchaar nhi hai par yeh bhi hai ki is antidote ke kuch fayade hai...jaise chhoti moti chot aur ghav apne aap aur jaldi se bhar jate hai aur khoon mein kabhi bhi oxygen ki kami nhi hoti...!" He answered with a smile.

"Itna kuch hone ke baad bhi aap itna smile kaise kar lete hai? She asked. " Jaise aap karti hai waise bhi hume aadat hai...!" He replied with a smile. She looks at him with a smile. "Sir hume toh bachapan se aadat hai aise rehne ki...abbu ke jaane ke baad ammi ke liye muskurate the aur ammi ke jane ke baad duty aur apni MPT family ke liye...!" "Kuch aisa hi hamara jawab samjh lijiye bas anth mein jo kaha usme antar hai ki hum ab sirf apni maa aur apne farz ke liye muskurate hai....kyunki maa ke saamne roye toh woh tut jayengi aur hamara kaam aisa hai ki har pal muskurana padta hi hai...!" He replied.

"Matlab kabhi khud ke liye nhi smile kiya aapne?" She asked, looking into his eyes. He changes his gaze to avoid any kind of eye contact with her when he notic a man crossing the highway. "HASEENA...samane dekhiye....!" He broke his thoughts and she immediately pressed her foot on the brake, only then something pricked the wheel of the car, which caused the sound of tire burst and the car stopped at its place after turning full 360 degrees, making a circle with tire crushing sound.

They look each other, she is a little scared by the incident while he is smirking dangerously. Suddenly they heard gunshots, they looked towards the direction where some people are standing. "Ab yeh log kaun hai sir?" She asked, raising her eyebrows. "Naam toh bataya nhi Deepak ne par yeh log aaye hamare liye hi hai yeh hum jante hai.." He replied with a smile. "Is baar jo nuksaan hoga uski bharpai aapko karna padega aur CS ko bhi jawab bhi aap hi denge...!" She said, taking her gun from the glove box. "Ab hum itne bhi shaktishali nhi hai ki hum raste ke kinaare lage ped tod de..!" He said with a smile while getting down from the car. "Bharosa nhi hai aapka....!" She whispered to herself.
