(Niall's P.O.V)

It has been two awkward days since Harry has spoken one word to Louis. It has also been two days since Louis woke up in my bed with me in his arms, to say he flipped shit would be an understatement. As soon as he saw the position we were in he gave me the dirtiest look I had ever seen and bolted straight out of my room.

After showering and getting dressed for school, I walked down stairs and into the kitchen. I was the first one up, ready, and in the kitchen. So, I walked over to the toaster and shoved some bread in between the heated metal coils. As I was buttering my newly heated toast, Louis walked in look as grumpy as normal. He visibly winced when he saw me and made his way toward me.

"Look, Niall, can we just forget last night and keep as our little secret?" Louis asked hoping I say yes.

"Ok, fine, I'll keep quiet." I informed him.

He smile at me then, went around me to start making himself breakfast. As me and Louis were sitting there in awkward silence, everyone else can bounding into the kitchen. My mum came over kissing me on the head, mumbling a 'good morning, hunny' in the process. Soon me and Harry were racing out the door and off to school.

Once we got inside the school, I was pounced on by Ava and Peter, both grinning at me widely.

"Hey, Ava, Peter, this is my new step-brother." I said motioning towards the curly haired cutie next to me.

Harry just nodded at them and said a simple, 'hello' or 'nice to meet you'.

Harry, Ava, and Peter all got on really well, I was happy about that. I don't know what I would've done had they hated each other.

After school Ava, Peter, and Harry exchanged phone numbers with each other. After that me and Harry started towards home.

"I like your friends, they're nice and they're good to you." Harry told me as we walked home.

"They are, aren't they." I replied.

"So, this weekend..." Harry trailed off.

"What about this weekend?" I asked him.

"I was wondering if we could have that date this weekend." Harry answered.

"I would love to, Harry." I said with a huge smile engraved on my face.

"Awesome!!" Harry exclaimed.

We were dicussing our date when we walked through the door, but as soon as we looked in front of us all talking and laughing stopped. I stopped breathing waiting to see what was about to happen.

Right in front of us, caught in a stare down with Harry, was Louis.

"H-hi, Harry." Louis gave him a nervous little smile.

"What do you want, Louis?" Harry asked.

I saw Louis wince when he heard Harry pronounce the 's' at the end of his name, making in come as 'Lewis' instead of 'Louie'.
