"Hello? Little boy? Little girl?" A female voice echoed from somewhere down the stairwell, making the kids flinch. "If you're down here, say something!"

Oh no... It was that woman from before. The blonde one who was after them. If they were caught by her...

Six's hug around Mono tightened at the thought.

"She's down here!" Six hissed. "We have to go back!"

"Do not worry, Six," Freddy assured her. "Even if we are spotted, you are safe with me. She would never suspect that we are traveling together. However, we should still do our best to try and avoid her. If I am sent back to my room, we will never get to the lobby before midnight."

Six hesitated, still obviously not liking the idea. If Mono got caught and hurt because she didn't do something to stop it...

"It'll be fine, Six," Mono said. "She can't spot us if we're in here."

She hesitated again, but eventually tipped her head slightly in defeat. He was right, as always. "...Okay."

They continued walking, Six feeling the soft sway as the bear took every step. Somehow it was a bit calming to her to feel the repetitive motion, though she had no idea why. The robot went to turn a corner.

Six gasped as she felt a sudden sharp and burning pain on her leg. She recoiled, pulling her leg harder into Mono's body as she hissed softly. Of course, with her being so close to Mono, there was no way that he wouldn't notice it.

"Six?"

The girl bit her tongue. Some of the metal in here must have cut her leg when the robot moved in a certain way. Well, whatever. It didn't feel too deep. She could handle it.

However, Freddy slowed to a stop. "I sense that you are... bleeding, Six."

She huffed softly. "Don't worry about it. I'm fine."

But the robot wouldn't let up. "No, I... feel that something is wrong. I am taking you to the first aid station."

The course they were in suddenly shifted, and Six and Mono yelped as Freddy picked up the pace.

"There's no time!" She whispered harshly back. "I'm fine!"

They really didn't have time for a detour. Apparently they had a time limit as to when they could get out of here. If they were too late, then they would be trapped. Trapped with that woman.

"F-Freddy, I'm sure she's fine!" Mono tried to say. "We need to— we can't just—"

Huh. Mono was actually on her side with this one. He had been siding with the robot for a while, so it felt good to have herself validated by him again.

"No, Mono. Six is injured," Freddy stated. "I am programmed to aid a child's injuries first before anything else."

Six groaned. Did he think they were babies? She could handle a little cut. She'd had worse before. It wasn't that bad.

Eventually Freddy stopped and his chest opened up again, revealing some kind of booth colored white and red. Knowing that the bear wouldn't give them a choice, the children hopped out of him and to the floor.

Freddy opened his mouth to speak, but they all froze when they heard footsteps approaching from the distance. Mono and Six ducked into the booth, and Freddy aided them by closing the curtains and walking away towards one of the entrances to the room. Only a few seconds later, the footsteps entered.

"Freddy! You're supposed to be on lockdown!"

Six and Mono peeked out of the curtains, seeing the back of the blonde woman from before standing in front of Freddy, shining a flashlight on him.
