"He is still too weak to travel, I'm afraid he can't join you in this trip,"

"When do you suggest he will be ready?"

"He should be better in a week, or two."

"I have business to attend to in Italy. I will be back in a week's time to pick him up. Take care of him. Make sure you keep an eye on him. I will credit your account with an extra token."

My vision was blurry, but I recognized Boss and someone who looked like a doctor standing near the window.

My body was weak I could barely lift my arms. Possible I was been drugged. I had no idea how long I have been here.

"Where is Porchay?" I mumbled as I managed to bring myself to a sitting position.

"Your brother is fine," Boss said.

"I want to see him," I demanded.

Boss faced me. "What the fuck is wrong with you? The boy is fine I promise."

"I said I want to see him!"

Boss nodded and the doctor left the room.

Boss walked over to the bed. He leaned close and grazed his finger on my face. I moved away from him.

"I like it when you act stubborn. Don't worry, when you join me in Italy you will entertain me and my friends. You like that huh?"

The door flung open and Chay walked in. He quickly ran and threw himself on me.

I held him with my right hand as my left hand was still handcuffed.

Chay looked fine except for some blood marks on his hands.

"What's going on? What made you decide to do this kind of job?" he asked innocently.

I blinked.
"All I did was for you Chay, I didn't know it will get this far."

"We got only each other, what if something happens to you how will I survive?"

"Nothing is going to happen to me, I will be okay. I just need to sort this out."

"Is it true you're traveling to Italy?"

"Who told you that?" I asked a bit shocked.

Chay turned to look at Boss fearfully.

I held Chay's hand. "Listen, I'm right here, I just have to settle with this man and be back home with you mm?"

"When?"

More lies. How do I continue to lie and make things complicated with Chay.

"Soon. Just know that I am not leaving you. Do you hear me?"

Chay nodded.

I pulled him closer towards me and hugged him tightly. Pressing my face near his ears I whispered closely so only him could hear.

"Chay, listen to me, Go to Korn Bay mansion, meet Kinn and tell him not to worry about me. Tell him I will be back as soon as I can."

"Hey," the doctor pulled Chay away from me. "Don't try anything stupid."

I raised my eyebrows giving Chay the signal to do what I said. "You have to let him go, he is still a kid," I yelled at the doctor.

Boss smiled. "You know I would do anything for you," he gestured to the doctor to release Chay. "let him go, the boy is harmless though."

Boss walked over and placed his hand on Chay as if adjusting his shirt and straightening his hair. The act disgusted me.

Boss eyed me. "You know the kind of job your brother does?" he was asking Chay.
