The RF-70 is 5th Generation Multirole Stealth Fighter for the Indian Airforce during the 3rd World War, around 70 were bought in Black Market by the PLF. Used to engage enemy Aircraft to maintain Air Superiority during a conflict. Armed with AIM-380 Air-to-Air Missiles and 20mm Cannon for engaging Air Targets, the PLF mounted Hydra Rocket Pods to the wings of the craft eliminating it's stealth capability.
On the ground, PLF Scout Buggies armed with TOWs among with a few Outlaw Tanks engages with GDI Zone Troopers.

The Scout Buggy is the PLF's vehicle of choice for short-range recon and anti-infantry attacks. They can be armed with a range of light weapons, but are generally equipped with light machine guns. It can take on a variety of roles and use its superior agility and impressive speed to "bug out" of difficult situations, and is typically used for anti-infantry, patrol, escort, and short-range reconnaissance missions. Armed with either TOWs or .50 Cal Machine Guns, the Scout Buggy has a large range of uses in a firefight.
