Training Begins!

"You're with Fairytail!? Oh man! You must be a total loser to stay in that sorry excuse for a guild"

Those words replayed in your head like a broken record that refused to stop working. The more you thought about them, the more you thought about him, the angrier you became. "AGH!" You slammed your fists down onto your bedside table until you heard a knock on your door. "Come in" you sighed flopping down onto your bed "are you okay Y/N? I heard you yelling from my room next door". You looked up to see Wendy staring at you; concern written all over her face. "I'm fine...just a little annoyed about something, don't worry I'll get over it" you said placing a hand on her head. She hugged your arm and giggled happily. "Okay then, but that's not the reason I came here" you tilted your head to the side. "Master told me to come and get you, he said that he has an announcement to make" you stood up grabbing Cosmo "then let's go"

When you finally arrived at the guild hall, everyone was crowded around the centre where master was standing on top of the bar table, you made your way through the crowd, until you find yourself standing next to Cana. "What do you think this announcement is about?" You whispered. Cana shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. "I just wanna get back to drinking" you sweatdropped at her until you heard the master's booming voice.

"Listen up children, as the master of the guild I have chosen to enter Fairy tail into this years Grand Magic Games" the guild hall held a mixture of reactions. Most of the people who were stuck on Tenrou were delighted or indifferent to the news however, the ones who had stayed behind looked apprehensive (save for Romeo) "Now that everyone's back, we have a shot at beating Sabertooth!" Testified both Max and Warren. "Sabertooth? Who are they?" You commented. Maxed sighed as he explained. "Seven years ago they weren't anything special, but then they got a new master and five incredibly strong wizards joined the guild"

"Five wizards can make that much of a difference!?" Lucy gasped. "Yeah two of them are actually dragon slayers too. They're known as the twin dragons of Sabertooth" upon hearing this, yours, Natsu's, Gajeel's, and Wendy's head snapped towards Warren. 'Twin dragons...no it couldn't be those two asshats...could it?' You decided to ask just to be safe. "Their names wouldn't happen to be Sting and Rouge would they" you growled; spitting their names out with such venom.

Romeo's eyes shot open "yeah actually, that is their names" he exclaimed "but how do you know that?" He asked scratching the back of his head. "Let's just say I had a little run in with the two of them last week" you seethed, glaring at no one in particular. "Is that why you were in such a bad mood when you came back from your trip?" Wendy snickered from behind you. You whipped your head around so fast you thought you'd given yourself whiplash. "Shut it you gremlin" you snapped back. "Quiet you two" Carla sighed as she flew over Wendy's shoulder.

"ALL OF YOU SHUSH. THE MASTER HASN'T FINISHED TALKING" everyone immediately clamped their mouths shut; you all knew better than to disobey Ezra. Master Makarov cleared his throat before he started talking again. "Fairytail has been considered the lowest ranking wizard guild in Fiore for quite some time now however, this year will be different. THIS YEAR WILL BE THE YEAR FAIRYTAIL IS RESTORED TO ITS FORMER GLORY!" the guild hall erupted into loud cheers.
"Wait, when actually are the games beginning?" Gray inquired. "The tournament is in three months, three months to prove to me that you are worthy enough to compete in the tournament!" Another round of cheers passed through the guild hall.

Soon after the meeting, all of team Natsu decided to train at the beach, along with team shadow gear. You were just about finished packing, when Wendy called for you. "Y/N! come on! We're all ready to leave" grabbing your bag, you and Cosmo practically flew down the stairs, to where Wendy was waiting for you. You stood in front of Wendy stood up straight and saluted her "ready to go ma'am" she giggled as you both made your way to the carriage where the others were waiting.

The ride in the carriage was far from...pleasant. There were two carriages, one which contained Lucy, Erza, Wendy, Natsu, Gray, and yourself along with the exceeds. The other one consisted of Levy, Jet, and Droy. 'Could they not have had two extra people in theirs?' Having two dragon slayers who were prone to motion sickness in the same carriage was not ideal. Wendy tried to cast her 'Troiya' spell on Natsu but it didn't seem to work, she'd also offered to cast it on you, but you refused mumbling something about "I have a strong stomach, I'll be fine".

After what felt like hours, you'd finally arrived at the beach. Both you and Natsu flung yourselves out of the carriage, ecstatic to be free of the 'carriage of death' as you'd called it. The sun felt like heaven on your skin; you were waiting for Lucy to finish changing into her bikini so you could change into your swimsuit. After changing, you made your way to a deeper part of the sea where it wasn't too deep to the point where you were drowning, but not shallow enough so that your feet were touching the floor. This way you could replenish your magic power easily.

Firstly, you were going to change the temperature of the sea. Closing your eyes in concentration; you let yourself float haphazardly before cooling your body temperature. When you opened your eyes the water surrounding you had been covered in a thin layer of ice, "maybe I should concentrate more, and then the ice will be harder?" You shut your eyelids once again focusing all of your energy on turning the water into solid ice. Opening your eyes once again, you found a chunk of ice; albeit small floating away from you. 'It's an improvement'. This time, you heated your body temperature up, trying to create steam. 'This is important if I'm going up against another water wizard'. Your eyes shot wide open as you felt your body being burnt. Rapidly you ran out of the water to cool yourself off.

After a few minutes of resting, you decided to polish up some of your attacks. You'd found a forest a few metres from the beach and decided to train there for a while. Standing up, you jumped in the air "SEA DRAGON WING ATTACK" rapid blades of water shot out of your arms, and cut down two trees. You kept going until you could cut down at least 4.

You were walking back to the beach, wanting to improve your dragon slayer secret arts, but the panicked voice of Lucy caught your ears. You ran as fast as you could to where she was standing in front of her was Virgo, who was one of her celestial spirits.

"Virgo? Why are you here? I didn't summon you!" Soon enough everyone had surrounded Virgo. "Princess! We, in the celestial spirit world, are in need of all your help. The celestial world is in grave danger."
