Chapter 1

GUY NEXT DOOR

I woke up to a loud crashing sound coming from across the hallway. I grabbed my robe and fled to the scene, out of curiosity.
I opened my door to reveal someone moving into the apartment next door, at that a tall male figure stood in front of me

"Hi, I'm sorry did I wake you?" He asked

" Yeah, but it's all good" I said clearing my eyes to look up at who I was speaking to.

My jaw nearly dropped, this man was so beautiful.In front of me stood a tall, strong, handsome, dark hair man. His eyes were like a summer ocean so blue I felt mesmerized I didn't even blink.

"Are you okay?" He asked

"Yeah totally" I managed to reply

"I guess I should introduce myself, I'm Colby, Colby Brock, I'm your new neighbor."

"A pleasure to meet your acquaintance, at this ungodly hour anyways... " I chuckled

"I'm Arya by the way" I continued

"Well I guess I'll  be seeing you around Arya"

"Guess so"

He stood there staring at me for a good 10 seconds then he said his goodbyes and left. He was so hot I got cold sweats standing next to him. After I closed the door I turned to look at the clock and it was 4:50 am already!
I went to bed and fell asleep right away.

I shot awake at the annoying sound of my alarm.

"Damn! No rest for the wicked, 5:30 am on the clock"

I got up and made some coffee and got ready for the gym at 6:00a.m. As I walked down to the gym saw my new neighbor heading the same way, I could tell that he saw me in the corner of his eye but he was probably too shy to say hi.

"Hey, Colby right?" I shouted

"Hey Arya glad to see you fully energized, I'm sorry for waking you by the way."

"Yup coffee usually does the trick and you don't have to keep apologizing. Are you heading to the gym?" I asked

"Yes but I don't know which direction I should turn left,right or straight?" He asked awaiting an answer

"Oh just straight out here then turn left, I'll show you I'm heading there as well." I said leading the way as Colby followed.

We walked to the gym and started warming up. After that I did some leg and glute workouts, I turned  around to walk over to the treadmill to finish off my workout and cool down but then I saw Colby taking his shirt off and I froze

"Mama mi, ha-hot" I said not realizing I said it out loud 

"What was that?" He said taking his airbuds out.

"Oh I was just saying that I was leaving I didn't want to go without saying goodbye that would be rude" I said awkwardly

"Totally sure, here let me get your number so we can come to the gym together, we can be gym buddies."

"Of course no problem, here let me put it in"
I said a little too willingly 

I then left to get ready for work.
It was only 7:30 a.m, and I wasn't in a rush to get dressed and I know what you all are thinking,
'Weren't you supposed to finish your workout?'
Well when I tell you I sprinted out of that gym, I think I could challenge Usain Bolt after that. It was just too awkward to stand there seeing him without a shirt.
And lord was I dripping black girl magic all over that gym.
