So a short oc introduction Iris is a 17 year old caretaker at a place called The Void Comet Daycare. They first saw this place when they "escaped" reality and no-clipped here. They spent around 5 years at this daycare before other kids began to no-clip there and they would take care of them. Here is an image so you guys have an idea on what they look like:

Okay moving forward:
Iris at first was like an average human but shortly after they showed up in the daycare, their head started to.. well mishape you could say. Eventually, by the time younger children started to appear, their head was nothing but floating human flesh and blood, no remains of their skull were there, just the organic parts. So they wore a broken tv over top of their head so that they wouldn't frighten the younger children. That's why they have a tv head and why there are spare tvs in the storage closet. Here's something about the daycare, when you first get there everything seems normal until it comes to talking about time. Time there is much slower than how it is in reality since one year here is around 4 years in reality which is why Iris is only 17 rather than 32 because their bodily age is still 17 because of the way time here works.
