Gul'dan had always been afraid of soldiers like Ur'aman and Hellscream but no longer. He possessed powers unfathomable to those men. He had what he wanted, and that was control. He trekked up the stairs to the temple that once belonged to the dreanie. The once proud had be slaughtered at the gate of their capital. The once golden glorious temple now looked eerie and dark. "Gul'dan...Gul'dan, Ner'zhul and the other chieftains are meeting near the foot of the temple."said a solider sent to tell Gul'dan. "One moment, I must finish something of my own intentions." replied Gul'dan. The solider nodded and proceeded to make his way down the stairs. Gul'dan turned his attention to a large stone door with ancient holy carvings engraved into it. The door looked to heavy to move, that did not phase the young warlock. His hand began to glow dark black with shadow energy, he pointed his hand at the door and it surged forward blasting the door to crumbs. He stepped over the debris into the room, "This must have harbored deep evil powers". He could see the hand of Gul'dan from here. The orcs named it this after Gul'dan rose it sundering the earth to demonstrate the powers of Burning Legion. Gul'dan placed a small dark glass orb and it began to glow and surge with power. "Soon. Soon" .
"Nice of you to show Gul'dan" Ner'zhul said with joy in his tone. Gul'dan stared around at the leaders of the clans wondering why they had gathered. Kargath Bladefist stood up clenching his teeth, "I lust for blood to fall by my blade". Gul'dan grinned , "Shattrath city, It harbors enemies of the horde." Kargath laughed and sprinted of towards the Shattered Hand encampment. "Hellscream gather your troops and meet at the edge of the edge of tekkokar forest" Ner'zhul gazing into his red eyes. Ner'zhul began to shout orders at the other chieftains when a large eruption cause the ageing chieftain stagger. "The hand is unstable avoid it's powerful magics" Gul'dan said in shocked tone. Now if you excuse me i need a moment of rest." Gul'dan turned to his tent and entered it to meditate and dream of what he will do next.
Gul'dan could feel the cold sweat grow even through his lucid dream, demons haunted him and voices screeched his name in anger. Gul'dan snapped forward breathing heavily searching the small tent. This time he noticed something different about the tent, something about what he normally felt, it was different now. He left the tent to a decimated land, orc skeletons littered the ground. He noticed ribbons and other dressings on a certain skeleton "Ner'zhul!". He laid beside the body and went to touch the skull. He clenched in pain as shadows swarmed him blacking his sight. "You must create a portal to the world of Azeroth from there you will decide your fate. If you dare to betray the Burning Legion this will be the fate of you and your people. If you follow course and fight along the legions side great power will come to you." said a dark voice. Gul'dan finally awoke to the real world as it felt before him. A rustling came from the tent door, a grunt approached wheezing from exhaustion. "Gul'dan, you must come", Gul'dan nodded and followed him to the talbuks. They arrived in the heart of tekkokar to a see a war waging in Shattrath city. Flames burst from the walls as the horde charged into the sancutary slaying anyone in sight. Kargath approached him, "We succesfully took the first level but we need your aid in the second.". Gul'dan stepped up to a small hill, he raised his hands high. Suddelny the battle froze as the earth slowley rumbled in pain. The ground cracked green and flames rained from the sky. The city broke out in fear as orcs rushed through raging for blood.
Gul'dan kneeled outside the fallen fortress were once housed the proud dreanie race. "With the bulk of these blue skins slain we can move to our second step." said Gul'dan. "What will be our next move ?" said Gorefeind. Send word the the shadow council and Blackhand, next we move to the location of our next step.
