The darkest of nights, the ones always filled with the most troubling of work, Pierro had always thought of that one man.

How soft that man was to him, how carefully that man grazed his hands over Pierro's back, how gently he was treated.

With a cold and harsh heart, such affection barely went noticed. Although, barely seemed like quite often these days.

There was a thin line between love and hate with Pierro. This self loathing isolation had gotten to him.

How he wanted to see that man after his drowsiest of moments. How he wished that man could finally find a better activity to do then come into his room and talk and talk. A busy man he was, yet his heart still felt like a piece was missing.

A yawn came over Pierro. He set down his feathered pen.
One quick nap couldn't do much, not at all.
