There are 2 Entities that suffered from sadness.
One of them left her homeworld to the Cosmos out of curiosity, the other in where he left his realm out of being captured through experimenting on himself.

Error sighed, as he looked inside of the room that he is in, and needless to say, he felt relived. And this is due to the fact that he can feel like he can get the rest that he had needed for such a long time after all these years.
He looks around, as he sees how beauty do his room is, while also looking at his kids sleep. Their eyes are closed and they are sleeping cutely. Error could not help but feel very happy at the fact that he had his kids. It is because of them that it made him not feel as alone as ever before. He may have had Error404, but it is nothing compared to this. Despite this, he still appreciated that Error404 had kept him company and even helped him in this situation he is in, as it is thanks to him that he is free from Fate's strings.
And needless to say, when Fate heard of Error being free, she was upset as ever, but when she saw that happened to Ink, she became filled with grief, and to make matters worse for her, Error came back, not only much more stronger than her, but he is still the same as ever. And needless to say, she blames Error for what happened to Ink, but Error belittled her and turned it around, saying that she was the one that stood there and watch it, so she is the one at blame here, as well as bringing on the fact that she had been a terrible mother that had been the reason that Ink acts the way that he does, due to her selfish desire for fun and the fact that she never listens to others. So, at the end of it all, she is the one at fault here, and she has no one but herself to blame for the destruction of who had once been Ink.
This made Fate's resolve break, as she ran away, while Error continues to belittle her and blame her for being the start of all the problems that had happened in the Multiverse, which had broke Fate even more than before. So it is thanks to Error that Fate decides not to come out. And needless to say, the other deities do not feel a single shred of sadness for Fate, due to how unbearably selfish she is, and the fact that she had to give rise to a monster. And so, just like Error had been abandoned by so many people, abandoned by the Multiverse, Fate has been abandoned by her own kind, and unlike Error, she will never gain a somebody that will help her through this.
But Error decided that it is best to sleep, as he than turned off the lights, and he rested his head against the pillow, soft and warm, it made his head feel like he can stay like the for the rest of his whole entire life. But Error is not simply sleeping because he wants to. He is sleeping because he is about to talk to someone inside of his own mind.
As Error felt his eyes opening, he sees that he is in his old hometown of Snowdin.

And the town now looks like it is empty, and Error looked down, as he saw his clothes had now taken on a more drastic change than before.
