Aera looks up as both Yoongi and Jimin enter the room, Jimin with a beaming smile and Yoongi unsure looking down at the floor. Yoongi was still upset with his first reaction to finding out about their new soulmate while Jimin practically bounced over to Aera, "Hi!" he exclaimed, taking over Jin's previous seat.

"Hi" she answered back with as much of a smile as she could muster. She then turned to Yoongi, "Hi," she greeted again a little softer, unsure how to go from there. Yoongi finally looked up at the girl laying on the bed, seeing how tired she looked.

"Hi, I'm Yoongi," he said bluntly, wincing mentally right after he said the words. He's often mistook for being rude and angry even though it's just his normal way of speaking.

Jimin rubs his hyung's knee in understanding, knowing that the elder was probably berating himself for his introduction. In reality, Jimin couldn't wait to hold his new Soulmate but understood that she may not be ready for that type of interaction quite yet. He remembered how it was with Yoongi at the beginning of their bond and he was willing to be patient to make her feel comfortable.

"Aera!" Jimin smiled. "We know you already know us so can you tell us a bit about you?" Jimin asked, holding out his hand to see if she would mind if he held it. Aera looked at his hand and smiled softly and took it hesitantly. They both felt the same shock, but neither of them let go.

"There's nothing much to say," she shrugs, blushing at all the attention. "I'm Aera Song, 20 years old." She says as Jimin smiles at her, making her feel like she had his full support as he made her feel cared for. She took a deep breath and looked at both the men next to her.

"Not sure what you'd like to know about me exactly, I'm not exactly the most exciting, not like you all." She says.

"Oh, I'm sure that's not true." Jimin interrupts as Yoongi looks up at the young girl. "Aera, you can tell us whatever you'd like." He says with a small gummy smile.

Seeing that both men want to know more about her gave her a bit more confidence as she continues. "Well I enjoy books and I used to love singing and dancing," she begins with that confidence before it fades into a more wistful look. "I haven't sang or danced in a while though. I just enjoy listening to music and reading now," she fades off, looking down at her hands as she picks at her nails.

"Well, I think you sound just as exciting as any of our other mates. I know you'll fit right in." Jimin said with a smile that hid his eyes in a cute eye smile. He knows what it feels like to constantly doubt yourself and it saddens him to know that she is struggling with the same feelings he often gets stuck in. From what he's seen, Aera is both cute and kind and should have no reason to put herself down so much.

"Are we making you uncomfortable?" Jimin asks abruptly, lightly squeezing Aera's hand to stop her fidgeting fingers. "Please let us know if we are. We want you to be comfortable and recover quickly," he tells her sincerely.

"No, no!" Aera immediately exclaims, noticing the tension that formed in Yoongi's shoulders when he realized he may have scared his new soulmate. "I am just a little caught off guard but you all, I think. I mean look at you all, your global superstars and I'm just me." Aera says honestly, her anxiety starting to spark a little.

Jimin feels the bundle of nerves start to squeeze his lungs as he realizes it's coming down from her side of the bond making him rub the top of her hand with his thumb. It's a habit he learned from Yoongi to help ground each other when they were on the verge of panic attacks. Like a reminder that they're not alone.

"Hey, I'll stop you right there." Jimin says gently.

"You're in this with us now Aera. We are no better than you, we are all in this together now. Right hyung?" Jimin then looked over to his quiet soulmate.

"You have nothing to be anxious about, Aera. no matter our status, being Soulmates come first. And regardless of that, our professions don't matter. We are all human; I think that's what you should focus on." Yoongi says to her before turning away from the bed with a small blush from the look Jimin gave him. The pride that his dongsaeng had in him for speaking up so confidently.

While they continue to talk quietly, the rest of the guys speak with Ethan and Jasmine about the next steps in the waiting room. "So, I will stay with her tonight if no one objects?" Jin announces to the group, getting nods of agreement from Joon and Hobi while Jungkook and Tae pout, giving their own, reluctant sounds of approval.

"I'll let Min and Yoongi know when they come out," Jin smiles. "Hobi, do you want to take them home now and the rest of them will join you after we're done?" he asks, nodding to Jungkook and Taehyung who have taken to leaning on each other and whispering softly.

Soon enough, Jimin, Aera and Yoongi all say good night to each other as the two soulmates leave the hospital room. Letting the rest of the members leave as Jin goes back into Aera's room to let her know that he'll be staying the night with her.

"Thank you, you didn't have to stay," she tells him quietly as he gets situated on the couch. "I hope I'm not troubling you," she says.

"Not at all, darling," Jin smiles, giving his full attention to her. "I am here because I want to be. We all are," he says sincerely before letting her know that he'll be back in a minute after grabbing some food for the two of them.

She thinks through all her options the doctor mentioned once she's finally left alone. Home with Ethan and Jasmine, or home with her new Soulmates. Either way she was going to feel like a burden on someone, but Ethan and Jasmine have already been with her through so much she didn't want to ask more from them.

Maybe it's worth giving it a shot with my soulmates. Soulmates I never thought I'd get.
