Mg's human form is based on a Vocaloid named, Gackpo. He is featured in the manga, Calcium! and light novel series, Zeromachina. In Calcium!, he plays as Ca's crush, while in Zeromachina he is either Ca's sibling or a close family member (because of their last name being Elementia). Info is sadly in Japanese (I don't trust Google Translate), but a translation would be nice :) :
