Chapter 4 The unknown island

You opend your eyes and saw you were inside the Blusters mouth. You looked later at Jacob and saw Maisie sitting on his shoulder and holding his head. You looked around.

" Are we gonna die here" Maisie asked. You looked at Maisie. He liftet Maisie down and sat on next to you

" No... Well yeah" Jacob said and you hit him.

" Ow what was that for?" Jacob asked and looked at you.

" Don't make her worried" You said and looked at him

" Well i am sorry your highness that i am trying to warn her about death. How did you even get here in the first place..." You coverd his mouth you looked at Maisie.

" What is it Maisie?" You asked and brushed her hair back to her ear

" Is it gonna chew us, or will we get digested slowly with acids?" Maisie asked and cruled into a ball. You released your hand from Jacobs mouth so he could talk

" I don't know Maisie. This is all new territory for me, and it is also new for me to be with a princes" Jacob said and looked at you

" Haven't you hunted these things your whole life?" You and Maisie asked.

" We kill 'em, lass. We don't study 'em. I guess it's time to start" Jacob said. You looked behind Maisie

You helped Maisie tie a rope around her waist. You saw Jacob take a spear.

" Jacob. What if it swallows you?" Maisie asked and you looked at her and then at Jacob

" Cut the rope" Jacob said and continued walking forward.

(After a while bc i am lazy)

" Maisie, what are you doing" You asked as Maisie followed the rope

" The rope is too short, I have to follow. You must stay here as Jacob said" Maisie said and you ignored her and followed.

" Is there a reason you are never seen?" Maisie asked. You didn't answer. After walking and following the rope you saw Jacob. Maisie walked forward as you walked behind her.

You saw Maisie stop and staring. You walked beside her and saw fishes. Many fishes. You were shocked. Then it tilted and all of you feel back. You landed on Jacob's chest and Maisie landed on your chest. You later stood up and looked out. You saw an island.

" What are you going to do?" Maisie asked. You looked at Jacob who was holding the spear

" I am gonna kill it" Jacob said

" Kill it. but how?" Maisie asked

" How are you gonna kill it Jacob?" You asked

" Well I don't know. I just get pumped up and kind of wing it" He said an you looked unsatisfied.

" So you're gonna kill it but you don't know how" You said and crossed your arms

" I don't want to overthink this, all right? I am just gonna kill it. Jacob said and you saw him get a little nervous it later started to blow

" I don't know about this" Maisie said as she held you hand.

" I'm Jacob Holland, remember, who killed five of them beast in the span of two days, and this is just another beast" He said and putting the spear on the side and smiled to both you and Maisie. You later saw the spear gliding down. Both Maisie and Jacob talked with each other while Jacob tried to untie the rope on Maisie waist

" Can you kill it from the inside" Maisie asked and they look each other. later it tilted again. The Bluster sneezed, you and Jacob flew out and Maisie was still in there holding the spear that was stuck

" Y/n!" Jacob screamed as you fell. He was quick to catch you. Later he fell on the sand and he dropped you. He tried to grab onto the sand.

" Jacob!!" You screamed and tried to catch his and but he flew into the Bluster. After both Maisie and Jacob was in the air. The Bluster caught Maisie her shoe.

" MAISIE! Stay still okay and stay calm!" You screamed and tried to calm Maisie down. You were worried. You later saw Jacob flying in the air ready with a knife. Maisie got out and landed in a palm tree.

" Jacob! Are you okay" You asked as Jacob landed in the sand.

Jacob got up and started running towards the spear. Later the Bluster made a big wave of water comming towards you and Jacob

" Bloody hell" Jacob said as the water hit him. You were caught by a tree. You started to climb up. The water later started to sink and gasped for air. You climbed up to Maisie

" You could've killed us" Maisie said and  helped you up

" Wha... I could've killed you guys? You got it backwards, lass" Jacob climbed down

" I had it dead to rights, and you bollocksed it up" Jacob said and walked towards you and Maisie.

" Dead to rights? I have must be watching a diffrent fight" Maisie said and you sat down on a stone to get the water out of your hair. They argued more and you were bored.

" You didn't stop me didn't ya" Maisie said and holding Jacobs knife

" That's not the same thing" Jacob said

" isn't it?" Maisie said and gave him his knife

" No it isn't" Jacob said and you had enough

" Okay can you guys not fight for 5 seconds. God!" You said and you later heard a growling sound. You looked into the jungle and were a little scared.

" We'd best find shelter" Jacob said and Maisie grabbed your hand as she was putting on her shoe.

You and Maisie were in a big snail shell. You watched as Maisie was reading a book.

" You like books don't ya? I do too" You said and sat next to her. She was reading about monsters and stuff.

" I do. But i wonder... why were you never seen? Why were you hidden?" Maisie asked you. Just as you were about to answer Jacob came back

" Get your strength. We're leaving in the morning" Jacob said and threw a fruit to both of you.

Maisie and Jacob started talking about the tales of Captian crow. You cut your fruit and helped Maisie.

" What if them things aren't as bad as they say, i mean the sea is their home. We went after her, didn't we. What if we left 'em alone?" Maisie said  and looked at you

" We kill 'em because they kill us, Do i have to remind you that one of them took your parents? Jacob said. Maisie got a little sad

" Jacob! Are you okay Maisie" You opened your arms she hugged you.

They argued a little more. After they argued Jacob was gonna go out and gather supplies.

" Don't get killed out there" Maisie said and you looked at him

" I won't do any promises" Jacob said and continued walking out

" Jacob... please" You said

" Promise" Maisie said

" All right, i promise" Jacob said and walked out.

After Jacob left Maisie was close to you. She almost felt a connection. She felt safe in you arms. You said goodnight and sat on the floor to sleep.

You both were fast asleep. But not everyone was asleep...
