I wake up and I check my phone I see a good morning text from Jayla. I run and throw water on my face to make sure I wasn't dreaming. I wasn't she actually texted me Good Morning.I don't know why I'm this exited it's just a good morning text.

I texted Duke good morning after overthinking it since God knows how long. I was suprised he texted good morning back. I don't know why I'm suprised he interested in me and I'm interested in him back.
Meme walks in my room.
"did you finally text him" Meme ask
"Yes" I said
"oooo my girl moving up I'm so proud of you" Meme says
"Meme I'm scared what if we don't work out. What if likes Cortez" I say
"He not Cortez was a weak ass nigga that hurt beautiful women that can do better than him. And you know it" Meme says
"You right cause look where I'm at way better off than him since I left Memphis." I said

I'm just laying on my bed watching time past scrolling down Lala Instagram. I would follow her but some of my weird ass fans gone suspect some shit. Even though she is a nobody but she's special.
"Yooo Duke" Fanum says
I quickly closed the Instagram app trying to not get caught like a lil ass kid.
"Yea Wussup" I say
"Ight so we starting the shoot for our video around 7pm" Fanum says
"Ight that's cool wit me" I said
I decided to text Lala to see if she coming cause I really wanna see her again.

At first I wasn't gonna go to the amp shoot but Duke wants me there. I haven't felt wanted in a while Honestly it feels good.
The thought of having someone wanting to see you. The feeling that your presence is wanted somewhere. This is one of the best feelings ever.
I'm just in the kitchen standing around just smiling.
"oooo what you cheesing for?" Jordyn says
"Nothing." I say
"Don't tell me that no eyebrows Nigga got you smiling like an idiot." Jordyn said.
"He is" I said
"So what he say to have you smiling like that" Jordyn ask
"Ok so basically I wasn't gone go to this shoot and he said he want me there so he can see." I say
"Oh so that's why my sister smiling from head to toe" Jordyn says
"Yea if you say so" I say
Couple hours later
Jordyn and I arrive at the place amp was having their shoot. We walk in the building saying hey to everybody.
Duke Pov
"Hey lala" Kai says hugging lala
"Hey Kai" Lala says hugging him back
Watching Kai hug her made me feel lowkey mad. Even if I know it was a all friendly hug. Seeing her hug another dude that isn't me made me feel some type of way.
Kai is like my brother. He means no harm. A feeling of jealously toward my own AMP brother over a girl is crazy. But that girl drove me crazy for a month.
A girl like her is special. I was so stress before I met cause she stuck on my mind. When I saw her for the first time in a month. All the stress when a away.
Like she's my 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳.
"Hey Duke" Lala says greeting me with a hug.
"Wussup" I say hugging her back.
"You glad to see me" Lala says whispering into my ear.
"Yeah and Lemme take you home after shoot ight." I say
"Ok." Lala said
We let go of eachother. I wanted to tell her to never hug nobody else again unless it's me. But I remembered she's not my girl yet.
Even though she's not my girl. She's mine. I would like to keep it that way till she's officially mine.
