Companion/Teapot Chats

Chronos: Hello.

Chronos: I am not sure if my orders apply within this realm. However, I do not believe Ei would have animosity towards this event. What brings you here?

     Traveller: Good morning, Chronos.

Chronos: Good morning, Traveller. May your day be efficient, and every hour prosperous.

 Traveller: Good night, Chronos.

Chronos: Good night. Rest well within the hours allotted.

Chronos: Whatever lies ahead may require full attention.

Traveller: How do you like it here?

Chronos: It is calm, much unlike the battlefields I frequent. I must say it is quite pleasant to             have a break here.

Chronos: I can polish my spear, or tend to my armour.

Chronos: Might I even cook here?

     Traveller: You can cook?

Chronos: Ei cannot, so I tend to do so whenever she craves a sweet of sorts.

Traveller: Well, you're always welcome here if you'd like.

Chronos: I appreciate the gesture. I would have to ask Ei for permission, however.

Traveller: Would you like to have a chat with me? (LV4)

Chronos: Sure. What is to be discussed?

Traveller: I've been wondering what it's like being you.

Chronos: Being me? Nothing more than serving orders. Kill, clean, and return.

     Traveller: Seems rather... bleak.

Chronos: Are your days not similar? Your commissions are likely the same.

Chronos: Decimate a hilichurl camp, or tear through Fatui.

     Traveller: Well...

Chronos: Your actions do not go unnoticed, especially not under my gaze.

Traveller: What do you think of yourself compared to the others?

Chronos: Am I not one of them?

Chronos: However, an incident from a while ago would indicate otherwise...

          Traveller: An incident?

Chronos: A story not mine to tell.

Chronos: I think of myself as them, yet I am unsure why they look at me with hardened                      gazes.

Chronos: They sometimes declare me as inhuman, but to that I ask, what would be the                    definition of a human?

Traveller: That... that is quite the question.

Chronos: Would you know, having crossed several nations and seen much more than I                      have?

           Traveller: I...

Traveller: It's difficult, because the line between living and dead becomes blurred for some.

           Chronos: I see.

Chronos: Nevertheless, this chat has been well worth the time.

Traveller: Anything you want to do? (LV7)

     Chronos: I want... to do...

Traveller: Yes, something that's... outside of your orders. Something for yourself.

     Chronos: I want to remember.

     Traveller: Remember?

Chronos: My past. All of it. From birth to death, from rise to fall. My nation and my family                    cannot be forgotten. I've gotten scraps but... I do want it all.

     Chronos: I am not human.

Traveller: That really doesn't matter in my eyes.

Traveller: You're more human than some others that are, by flat definition, human.

Traveller: The meaning of human is living, in a way; it never has one strict definition.

Chronos: I see, I see. Thank you.

Chronos: I want to travel more with you. I want to see mountaintops and return the memories       that were taken from me. I want to learn more from you, and reclaim the humanity I lost.

Traveller: Wouldn't that make you a different person?

     Chronos: I do not know.

     Traveller: Well, anything else?

Chronos: I would like to duel with you.

Traveller: I don't think I'm mentally ready for that...

Chronos: I do not think I stuttered. You have one week to prepare.

     Traveller: Alright, then...

Chronos: I jest. Notify me when you are truly prepared.

Chronos: I will not hold back. I have seen your combat prowess. It shall be a legendary clash           of blades.
