Chapter Seven: The Playboy’s Back
Angelina P.O.V
“You’re Angel, my friend”
“And you’re Zaine, my friend”
“Goodnight, sleep tight”
“Same here” I said yawning. I closed my eyes and that was it for me I was out, sleeping.
(.:Story Start:.)
SPLASH
I jolted awake, looking around me. I was still sleeping in the bath tub with Zaine; someone had turned the shower on us. I looked up to see his dumb blond bimbo bitch of a friend. She was cackling, she must have found it so funny god I was gonna pound her in. I stood up shakily. I had a killer head ache right in the front of my head, between my eyes.
“WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU DO THAT FOR?” Zaine roared.
I climbed out the bath and looked round at Zaine, we looked pathetic really, both soaking wet. I walked up to her and she backed away, I pulled my fist back to sock her but Zaine caught it from behind, I turned on him furious.
“It’s not worth your time” He said softly.
I turned back to her, I could see she was frightened of me, of what I could do to her “It’s your lucky day princess, I’m not gonna rip your eyeballs out” I said to her, being purposely sweet, just to make her more worried.
I shoved her in the chest as I walked past to get to the door she fell back into the sink and I laughed, so did the group of people gathering outside the door watching the commotion. I looked about the house it seemed to be early morning. About 7am. Zaine followed me out, giving her evils and ripping his arm out of her clutches as she tried to apologize.
I started shivering as we headed down the stairs, I was only wearing a thin t-shirt and some shorts, I was soaked through, right down to the underwear, my pink bra was probably on show. Zaine weren’t that bad, the lucky rat was underneath me so I got it worse, I could tell my hair was a straggly mess, I didn’t even need a mirror. Some girl about my height with ginger hair approached me.
“Hi I’m Stephanie Phillips” She said introducing herself.
“Err, Angelina Sheerwood” I said slowly, trying to analyze her. What did she want?
“I live next door I thought you might want spare clothes, were about the same size you can borrow mine”
I looked at her with my mouth hanging open in awe, this wasn’t real there wasn’t a truly genuinely nice person on this earth like her. Everyone had their good and bad points. She must want something from me; I bet she wants to get to know Zaine or one of his friends.
“What’s the catch?” I asked folding my arms over my chest.
“Nothing, just being nice” She said sincerely.
And you know what I believed her, her eyes were too innocent to lie to me, and she just had that annoyingly kind face. Wow, I think I might actually make the effort to make her my friend; she was quite pretty as well. She had cute, soft brown freckles along the bridge of her nose.
“Okay, yeah” I said “That’d be nice, thanks”
“Come on then” She held my hand and dragged me out the door, I turned to face Zaine and he just shrugged his shoulders.
“I’ll wait here” He called “I’ll give you a ride home”
I followed Stephanie into her house, it was amazing, all pastel colours and so clean it was beautiful. It was large as well, larger than the one we were just in. Silently I followed her up to her room, she didn’t say anything either, she just let me look around. Fiddling with her picture frames, candles, looking through her DVDs just being nosy in general.
