Ceris

Ceris was granted her first wish, but not the second. She dreamed she was back at the Gloom Peninsula, fighting the forces of Arabella the End pirate.
The captain twirled her cutlass and pointed it at her, her girlish giggle somehow audible over all the other sounds of the battlefield.
Arabella lunged forwards, but before Ceris could so much as raise the Ender Greatsword,  the ground turned to black water. She sunk into it, struggling desperately. It swirled around her like a living entity, pulling her down deeper into its embrace.
Just as the water reached her shoulders, a hand grasped her chin, forcing her face up to stare into eyes she knew were there but couldn't see.
A soft, sing-song voice spoke.
'So naïve, yet so powerful, and so amusing. I think I'll let you go...for now. Have fun playing Kings and Queens with the other Ender lords...'
The grasp on her chin was released, and the water crept over her face, invading her mouth and nose, suffocating her...

The End Matriarch jerked awake, barely withholding a gasp. Standing outside was Kralos and two wither skeletons holding a short length of glowing rope.
'Good afternoon. It is time for your execution.'
