this felt weird, very weird.felix had said some sort of nonsense about how he was going with chan to get something from the van?
jisung wasn't sure what felix had said if he was being honest.
he was too focused on how he was stuck, sitting beside the guitarist that seemed to not like him one bit.
minho had let out an annoyed grunt and rolled his eyes when felix had jisung sit next to him on the couch. he didn't know this kid, and he didn't really want to know him.
if anything, he found jisung a bother.
jisung fiddled with his fingers as he sat awkwardly on the couch. jeongin, hyunjin, and minho were all prepping since they'd be on next. he didn't want to try to talk or distract them. so he sat there silently, listening to the guitars strumming till they got the perfect note.
suddenly, a hand was holding his hands still in his lap, "can you stop? your constant fidgeting is stressing me out." minho spat out, taking his hand away when jisung stopped moving.
"s-sorry." jisung sat on his hands, keeping them down so he wouldn't mess with them.
minho let out a sigh as he scooted away a bit. he shook his head a bit and went back to focusing on his guitar. just making sure it would be perfect.
jisung felt like he could die from embarrassment. he had just gotten scolded for moving his fingers around. he looked down to the ground, not trying to make eye contact with anyone.
he looked up for a second, making eye contact with jeongin. the male gave an apologetic smile, mouthing a small "im sorry for him."
jisung smiled back assuringly, "it's okay." he mouthed back. he received a warm smile back from jeongin before the male began to play his guitar again.
could felix be any slower getting back?
—
chan and felix were walking towards the van parked behind the building. chan needed to grab another pair of drum sticks incase one broke on him during the show. or so he said.
they weren't conversing, but walking in comfortable silence. every once in awhile their shoulders would brush against each other, but neither minded.
sometimes, chan was doing it purposely. softly smiling to himself afterwards when he felt felix bump back into him.
"i really do appreciate you coming to our shows lix." chan said once they got to the van.
"of course chan. i wouldn't ever miss it." felix smiled beautifully.
chan unknowingly began smiling as well, just from the sight of felix. he felt a warm feeling swirl in his stomach. a small chuckle couldn't help but leave his lips to try an relieve the small blush that had crept up his neck.
he cleared his throat, "got em'. lets head back."
felix nodded, turning around and walking ahead of chan. the older couldn't help but stare for a few seconds. that boy drove him crazy.
"wait for me." chan called out.
"run. maybe then you'll catch me." felix turned around, giving a teasing smile as he continued to walk at the same pace.
chan shook his head with a laugh, "you're something else felix." he whispered to himself before jogging to catch up with felix.
he caught up pretty quickly, and once he was next to felix, he dumped his shoulder, "i'll always run after you to catch you."
