Calm before the storm

Anne sits in her house, a cup of tea in her hand Gemma by her side. Anne is quite relieved that she and harry have patched things up, she just hopes harry doesn't think differently of her now. "Mum," Gemma says looking at her phone, the tone of her voice worrying Anne "yeah?" Gemma looks up, her face in complete horror and shock.

"The boys have escaped" Anne's eyes nearly pop out of her head as Gemma passes, her phone. Anne's eyes frantically read the article while Gemma hurdles around the room to look for the remote "oh god" Anne says in shock "mum! Where's the remote?!" Anne ignored Gemma still reading the article.

"Recent paperwork that has been put out by the police stating that Andrew Smith, Alister Tucker, Louis Tomlinson and Harry Styles have escaped prison. The guards on the scene tell us that one of their own Michael Anderson who seems to have been very close to the boys during their time in jail was part of the plan to help them escape, Michael is undergoing a trial to find out what happened.

Other statements said by one of the officers on the scene state that Louis and harry were knocked out Mr smith and Mr tucker was hanging the pair off the edge of the roof of the prison, officers believe that they were not part of the escape and had no say in this

Police are hunting for the men as we speak-"

Anne looks up hearing the TV turn on, gemma standing in front of it, the remote in her hands biting her nails as she switches the channel to the news, Gemma's phone suddenly pings with millions of messages and Anne can hear hers in the kitchen.

Standing next to Gemma she watches as the whole screen was taken over with photos of the four boys from the day they got taken into jail. Anne and Gemma watch nervously as the news reporter interviews one of the guards.

"So do you believe Mr styles and Mr Tomlinson are being held hostage" Anne bites her lip when they say Mr styles "we do believe that Mr and Mr Tomlinson are being held hostage yes" Gemma looks to Anne as the interview goes on in the background

"Should we try and find them?" Anne shakes her head "and gets them taken by the police again no way" Gemma looks to her mum "they've been captured by two psychos they could get killed!" Anne shrugs "the boys are fine, they've both killed people they should be able to defend themselves, and I've heard prison have like those exercise things and you get all strong and stuff" Gemma couldn't stop herself from getting angry

"why aren't you worried about them?!" Anne walks out of the room to the kitchen "because I believe in them gem, their strong men they can figure it out on their own, plus what would we do? Fly over to Italy knocking on doors willy-nilly?" Gems shake her head leaning against the kitchen island

"no mum it's just- I thought you would be at least worried" Anne looks at Gemma "I am Gem, I've been worried since harry went missing! I've been worried since Louis got put in jail, I was worried harry would never wake up, I was worried about harry when he isolated himself, I was worried about him when he went to jail and now this!" Gemma sighs looking at her mum as she picks up her phone "and now a dead fandom has just been revived" Anne groans as she scrolls through the Twitter notifications

Just then there was a knock at the door. Getting the door Gemma opens it to see Niall and zayn "WE WERE ON OUR WAY BACK TO LONDON TODAY AND FUCK THEY'VE ESCAPED HOW!!" Niall screams "shhh" Gemma shushes them pulling the two inside "no but how? How?!" Gemma sighs pushing Niall into the living room, zayn seems to be calmer just following along "he's been like this since he found out" zayn mumbles

Anne walks in just as zayn and Niall sit down "ah there's my two boys who kept the fandom going" zayn chuckles. Since Niall didn't want to leave zayns side because he thought zayn might turn on him, and that there were the last members of the band still able to walk around free. Zayn doesn't mind it's nice to have company.

"Yeah well when you're walking around all day in the streets with this Irish idiot, it's hard for him to ignore anyone busking in the street" Anne chuckles as Niall looks at zayn offended "you're the one who started doing it first, I remeber you said "let's ask him if we could sing some 1d songs" and I said "sure," Niall said imitating zayn and himself zayn chuckles "yes and that was one, I didn't expect you to drag me to every busker you see"

Niall crosses his arms "well I'm so-rry" Niall says rolling his eyes "god you two argue like Louis and harry" Anne says chuckling, the boys look to Anne, both simultaneously saying "no we don't" Anne and gemma both burst into laughter "no we've distracted ourselves from the situation!" Niall says turning up the volume for the TV
