How to downsize:
Take out your jewelry
Temporarily: Allow your ears to shrink one or two sizes, until you are able to wear a smaller sized plug or tunnel
Permanently: Leave your jewelry out forever. This will allow for your earlobes to shrink back as much as they can, depending on the size they are at. If your ears are at 00g or smaller, your ears will most likely go back to normal over the course of a few months. If your ears are 1-inch or less, they should go almost back to normal, to where you can't see through the hole, but they are not completely closed
You should wait about three months before you start to stretch up again. You should find that stretching up this time, is much easier than the first tme, as your lobes are more elastic now.
