Lets Be Friends Again...

I thought I would never see her again. My friend. My best friend. The one I left. The one who I left without a better goodbye than I did. I couldn't do anything but stand there & look shocked. Now its just too much shit going on ay once. Now she's here. Its so irritating dealing with it all.
"He-hey Liy-Aaliyah" she said trembling as if she were about to fall. She looked tired & old & worn out & beaten up. & she was pregnant. She fell until I caught her. I half carried her to the couch & layed her down. I went to the kitchen to get a glass of water & I gave it to her. I went to get a rag out of the bathroom & ran some hot water on it to lay it on her head. I pulled up a chair to sit in front of her. I still was kinda shocked that she's here & I have so many questions. "Sooo ummm Unique... How did you get here? & what are you doing here? & how did you know this was my house? & why do you look like this? what's wrong with you!? I asked kinda getting upset that my best friend more like sister looks like she's been on drugs ever since I've left.
"Could you stop asking so many questions & let me answer one at a time?" She asked sitting up holding her small belly. I nodded & let her begin. She cleared her throat. " well the way I got here was I got on a plane. The reason I'm here is because I wanted to see you & apologize for the way I acted before you left. I was wrong for yodoing you like that & I was being selfish & only thought about me. Ik you lived here because a little birdy told me". She said looking down smiling. " the reason I look like this is because of James. He's been beating me constantly. He'll come home drunk & try to rape me. He got me pregnant & beat me till I had a miscarriage. & one day he locked me in the basement & let this dude rape me for five thousand. & now I'm pre-pregnant" She said as she started bawling into my arms. I couldn't help but to so I cried with her. I can't believe her life has been like this since I've left. I should've stayed with her. I can't forgive myself for this. "I'm so sorry" I repeatedly wishpered to her as we held each other. Nyke looked very shocked but I can also tell that Unique wanted to know why my dad was here cause she kept eyeballing him.
"Baby whose this?" Nyke said looking disgusted. I hit him in the chest & told him everything that happened. He looked surprised, shocked & sad all in one. "Unique this is my boyfriend Nyke we've been together for a while now...shortly after I came up here". I said smiling & kissing his cheek. She smiled at us softly. She cleared her throat. "Ummm liyahboo?" She whisoered to me & I turned to look at her. "Umm can I stay here till I get myself together please I'll help pay rent & everything I swear I just need somewhere to live for me & my baby & I don't have a job right now" she said begging me. I couldn't believe she was doing this. Practically begging me & we grew up together why would she beg me for anything? I nodded & she hugged me tight. Laawd I miss this girl I thought chuckling. I told her to get cleaned up & while she did I called Aurianna to tell her was running late & that I'll meet her in ten & that I'm bringing a very close friend of mines. I told my dad that he has to find somewhere els to go & that he can't stay here. He looked kind of sad but I really don't care. He got up & left without a word.
Unique's POV
I can't believe she's letting me stay here after all the dumb shit I've said to her & put her through on her birthday. I'm so happy I have a friend as good as her. But her boyfriend is soooo cute. Too cute to be with Aaliyah. I mean I am looking run down right now but when I get myself together I bet I could have him on my waist in no time. (Sigh) what am I talking about? That's my best friend since diapers. I cant do her like that. But she did try to kiss James. Well he tried to kiss her but she was still part of it so Ima get her ass back for it.

"Baby I'll be right back" I told James as I gave him & liyah a hug. "Ight" he said still looking at the TV. Me & liyah looked at each other & rolled our eyes at James & we chuckled & I left. I went to the car but I realized I forgot my keys so I walked back to the house & knocked on the door.
"Noo James stop how can you do her like this? Thats your girlfriend & you know we're best friends so get the fuck off of me!" I heard liyah yell. Then I heard a hard "SMACK" & someone hit the floor. I heard crying by they ere soft cries. I broke the window to our three story house & saw James trying to kiss Aaliyah.

That hurt me so bad. I can't believe he tried to cheat on my with one of my closest friends. I'm going to kill him & her. I hate them so much. Her life has always been better than mines. She's always had all the boys & popularity & I was just her side kick. But when I have my baby thatll all stop I'll have my baby & nyke & we can all live together...somewhere far away. Anyways I got out of the shower & sat on the bed to lotion up my body. I put my clothes on & went downstairs to go somewhere with Aaliyah. "I'm ready girrla" I said smiling big. "Gawd you look waaay better than you did before she said laughing. I didn't think it was too funny but I laughed anyways. Nyke called her over to him on the couch & they both spent five minutes sucking each others faces so I went outside cause I don't want to see that. she finally came out & we left to the mall.
