tamaki amajiki x male reader

the first day

(y/n) had just finished class and as it was still early on the first day he was waiting on the hero course student to come and get their costume. (y/n) had to admit the guy had taste he just hoped it lived up to his expectations. The hero costume reminded him of something out of a fantasy book mainly the Cape. Who was it again (y/n) had a terrible memory and I guess being English even though he studied for several years he still found difficult to read in Japanese. Oh that was right tamaki amajiki.

A gust of wind hit (y/n) in the face as the door to the support corse lab swung open.

A girl with periwinkle hair came bursting into the room.
"heyyy"
She said in a song song tone.
Nejire hado.
"Hi"
You replied smiling at your friend as she brought you in for a hug suffocating you with her tremendously long hair.
"I'm so glad your parents decided to let you move shame I wasn't assigned you as my support student though"

You agreed it would have been nice to work with someone you knew especially since hado was the main reason you decided to apply to UA

"yeah how come your here though"

You questioned knowing that another one of your classmates was going to be working on her costume and everyone else had left.

"Well I already got my costume so I thought I'd come check on you besides one of my classmates amajiki needed to come see you anyway"

(y/n) panicked
"he's here"
"Mhm"
she nodded.

You turned around scanning the room to find someone that could have been amajiki hado helped by pointing I thanked her and went to address the taller guy who was just sort of awkwardly stood outside the door.

(y/n)'s pov

I grabbed the case that contained his hero costume of the shelf and carried it to where he was standing.

He was kind of intimidating up close mainly because he was so much taller than me. He had indigo hair that parted to reveal a matching set of indigo eyes
That seemed to stare into my soul.

The eye contact was terrifyingly intense thankfully it only lasted a couple of seconds as we both broke it off,me looking at the floor and him sort of head butting the wall.

I finally got the courage to look at him knowing that hado would pester me later about why I was so nervous thankfully she was distracted by all my half finished gadgets. He smiled looking at her and how curios she was, was entertaining to him. I looked back at amajiki noticing his self like ears they were so cute making me kinda want to touch them but obvious that was NOT socially acceptable at all. I should compliment them though right ? maybe not I thought as he remembered his Cape he could be self conscious. Noticing he was staring and amajiki was shaking
"Ummmm I'm (y/n) (L/n) by the way I made your costume as close to your design as I could if its not right please tell me I'll change it right away um and a- um I made it using a light weight material but I don't know your-um f-fight style yet so umm if that's not o-ok i can totally change it for you "

Hado snuck up behind me putting her arms over my shoulders making me jump as I wasn't expecting the contact and Amajiki was clearly very uncomfortable his entire body trembling looking at the wall

Hado chuckled in her usual bubbly mood pushing her hands on my back telling me it was break and I should join her and amajiki apparently another girl was going to be there and amajiki's friend I just nodded and followed her as amajiki took the case from my hands gently I guess he wasn't that intimidating after all.
"T-t-thanks (L/n)"
"Your welcome oh and um is it okay if you call me (y/n) instead I know it's weird because we just met but i-"
"He's english"
hado cut me off
Amajiki just sort of nodded before profusely apologising
"I-I-I'm so sorry I-ddidnt rrrealise please forgive me"
