When you first meet them

Mordecai:

At first, you were intimidated by him and his bird, which he later explained was named Bloodwing. Though, after talking to him for a bit, you found he was very chill and cool to be around. He was clearly passionate about destroying Hyperion. Which, you were too, so it made it all even better. Moral of the story? You liked him, he was laid back and fun.

Brick:
Brick was definitely scary, he was a big muscle man with an intimidating voice. But as you talked to him, you noticed he was actually really kind. He always saw the positives in situations and always tried lifting spirits. Needless to say, you ended up really enjoying his company. You liked his energy, and decided you'd hang around him more.

Roland:
Roland was pretty interesting, when you first talked to him you noticed he was pretty stern. You liked it though, he stayed on task and was very down-to-earth. You honestly admired it, so you found him pretty cool. He formally introduced himself and were shocked how formally he said it. It was formal yet terse.

Lilith:
When you first met her, you could tell she was going to be badass. I mean, she seemed like she knew what she was doing but also liked to have fun. And you right, she didn't have problems cracking a joke every now and again but she stayed on task. Creating the perfect balance of serious and fun. You liked it, and decided to try and get a mission to do together.

Dr.Zed:
It was quite the gift to meet him, you first met him when your hand almost got ripped apart by Skags. He was fairly friendly and made sure you got healed correctly. You thanked him after and he really liked that, he normally doesn't get thanked. So, he hoped to see you again. But, he also didn't want you to get hurt.

Scooter:
When you first met Scooter, you couldn't help but think, 'he's a doofus'. But you liked it, so you didn't complain. Despite him being silly, he made sure you got the work done. So, he made sure you didn't slack too much. He liked you too though it seemed, because he talked to you for quite a while.

Ellie:
This woman was amazingly fun, she was funny and kind. When you first met her, you couldn't help but smile at her southern accent. You thought it was fun to listen to. She also liked making jokes, and you enjoyed that too. It lightened the mood and made you happy. She gave you some quests and said she hoped to see you again soon.

Moxxi:
Moxxi was also quite cool to meet, you could automatically tell she was going to be the flirty type based on how she stood and how her face looked. But you went up to her regardless, and you were right. She was flirty but, she was nice and knew what she was doing. You didn't get anything alcoholic, and just sat at a bar stool to talk to her for a bit. She was fun, and you tipped her a few hundred after. She thanked you and you went on your way.

Maya:
The first thing you noticed was her tattoo. You thought it looked very cool and you liked it a lot. You complimented it and she thanked you. She went on to tell you who she was and why she was there. She seemed like a very interesting person and you liked her a lot. Her power was also sweet, she explained it and you were in awe with how good it was.

Krieg:
He was also a big muscle man, so he was also a intimidating. Though, he was also a big doofus. It was honestly quite funny, and you liked it. He was a nice addition to the crew. You did like him, and he seemed to enjoy your company too.

Handsome Jack:
Handsome Jack was quite interesting to first meet. You were nervous but, when you started talking to him you realized he just meant business. He wanted to get rid of the vault hunters, and expand Hyperion. You personally wanted to leave the vault hunters alone but, you never said that. He would probably kill you too. But, he was okay. He seemed to like talking to you because you weren't as "robotic" as his other employees were.

Zero:
You were very confused when you first met him, he was just very interesting. He had almost a robotic voice, and his style was quite cool. You took an interest in him the second you two met. He seemed to like your first impression, so you could tell you two were going to get along just fine.
