Chapter 5 (Finale) : Love or Death

Recap:
Y/n was going home when she got followed by a middle vampire. Taehyung came to protect y/n from the middle one and ended up being caught. The middle vampire complained to the leader. Leader's assistant ordered y/n and taehyung to appear at the headquarter.

POV: (flashback)
Suho was following y/n from many years and now when she moved to seoul. He followed her there too but he saw taehyung with her here also like he was with her when they were in Jeju. He was always following them and sneaking at them. He knows that he can never harm y/n when taehyung is with her. So he decided to show up infront of them and threaten them about breaking the rule. After, when he threatened taehyung about breaking the rule. He went to the headquarter.
Suho: I want to meet with the leader.
Guard: Sorry. You can't meet with him. You're a middle one and the middles are not allowed to come here or meet leader.
Suho: It's really important. Please tell leader that I want to meet him.
Guard: I told you. You can't meet with him. Leave or else I'll have to make you leave.
Assistant: What happened? Who is there?
Guard: Sorry, sir. He's a middle one. Don't worry, I'll make him leave. (He starts pushing suho).
Suho: Sir! I want to meet with leader, please!
I WANT TO REPORT A CRIME!
Assistant: Wait! A crime? Who is the criminal?
Suho: KIM TAEHYUNG! He broke a rule and I'm here to report it.
Assistant: Guard, let him come inside.
Suho: Thank you sir!
The assistant took suho to the leader.
Assistant: Sir, we have a middle vampire who wants to report a crime and Kim Taehyung is the criminal.
Leader: Kim Taehyung? He has never done any crime. He's an obedient vampire. I don't trust you and how you dare come here when you're a middle vampire?!
Suho: I'm really sorry. I know, I'm not allowed to be here but I had to report you. Taehyung actually broke a rule. He is in love with a human from many years and now she is his girlfriend.
Leader: Do you have any evidence? I won't trust you if you don't have any evidence.
Suho: I knew it that you wouldn't believe me that's why I secretly took a photo of them. Here it is.
Suho shows a photo that he took secretly to leader in which y/n and taehyung are holding hands.
Leader (sighs): Assistant, go and check by yourself if he's doing something against the rules or not and if he's breaking a rule than give him the order to be ready for his punishment. We will punish him tomorrow morning.
Assistant: Yes sir. I will.
Flashback ends.

Taehyung and y/n gets in the car and went to her home.
Taehyung: Don't worry. I'm going to protect you. Okay?
Y/n nods and goes inside her home. Taehyung also left from there.
Time passed.
In morning:
It's 5:00am. Y/n didn't slept all night because of overthinking. She gets up and get freshened. She changed into nice and clean clothes. Y/m didn't woke up yet. Y/n got ready and left home before y/m wakes up. She went to taehyung's home. She knocked the door and taehyung opened it. He was shocked because y/n was fully dressed up and she came to his house by herself.
Taehyung: Y/n?! You're here by yourself?! Why're you so dressed up?
Y/n: Can't I come in?
Taehyung: Oh yeah. Come inside.
Y/n went inside and was going to sit on couch.
Y/n eyes were red because she didn't slept all night. She was so weak because she also didn't eat anything the previous day so she wasn't able to walk properly and she tripped. Taehyung hurriedly held her in his arms.
Taehyung: Babe, are you okay?! Why you're looking so weak?
Taehyung made y/n sit on couch and gave her water to drink. Y/n drank the water.
Taehyung: Now tell me. What happened? Your eyes are all red and you're also so weak!
Y/n: I didn't sleep last night. I also haven't ate anything yet maybe that's why.
Taehyung: WHAT?! YOU HAVEN'T ATE ANYTHING?
Y/n (low tone): Relax, V. I'm okay.
Taehyung: No..no...no. You're not okay. Wait here I will pick something for you to eat.
Taehyung ran outside and went to a convenience store. He bought some snacks and juices for y/n. He came back at home.
Taehyung: Here have this. Eat something, babe.
Y/n took the snacks and juices from him. Taehyung sat next to him and he was adoring her while she was eating. Y/n looked at taehyung at blushed.
Taehyung (pouts): You look so pretty even when you're tired. How can anyone be so pretty?!
Y/n (giggled): Shut up! Let me finish this.
Taehyung: Haha okay okay sorry.
Y/n ate her snacks and juice. Taehyung took her in his arms in bridal style and went to his bedroom. He layed y/n on the bed and covered her with blanket.
Taehyung: Have some rest, okay? I will be sitting on couch outside.
Taehyung was about to go but y/n held his wrist.
Y/n: Don't go! Stay with me by my side, please.
Taehyung: But you should sleep, y/n!
Y/n: I will but you don't need to wait outside. Stay next to me while I'm sleeping.
Taehyung smiled and kissed on her forehead. He laid next to y/n. Y/n hugged him and slept while hugging him. After few hours, y/n woke up.
Taehyung: How are you feeling now?
Y/n: Much better now. Where is everyone? Did they woke up?
Taehyung (laughed): Y/n! Vampires don't sleep.
Y/n: Oh yeah. I forgot. Then where are they? When I came I didn't saw them.
Taehyung: They all are out for hunt. They'll be on way home now.
Y/n: Oh so why didn't you went for hunt?
Taehyung: I had to go but you came so I didn't go.
Y/n: You must be hungry. What will you eat now?!
Taehyung: Don't worry. They will bring something for me.
The V Guys and taehyung's parents came.
Namjoon: V! Why didn't you came to the hunt? Where are you?!
Y/n and taehyung came out of the room.
Jungkook (eyes widen): Wait a minute! What were you both doing in V's room?
Taehyung: Uh it's not like that. She didn't slept all night so I told her to sleep. We didn't did anything.
Namjoon: Okay okay forget it! We have to go to headquarter now.
Y/n looked at taehyung and holds his hand.
Y/n: I'm ready! Let's go.
V's mom: Don't worry. We are with you, y/n! We will protect you. I always wanted you to be my daughter-in-law and you will be my taehyung's wife. I promise!
Y/n (teary eyes): I hope your wish will come true.
Namjoon: Let's go now.
Time skipped. They all went to the headquarter. They went to the leader.
Leader: Well well well. Look who's here. Our most obedient family's member. Kim Taehyung! You must be y/n, right?
Y/n: Yes. I'm y/n!
Leader: Assistant, put her In punishment chamber.
Y/n (looks at taehyung): Don't worry, tae. I'm going to be okay!
Assistant came and took y/n with her. He put her in punishment chamber and locked her hands.
Assistant: Any last words you want to say?!
Y/n looks at her right side and than on the left side. Her both hands were locked. She looks around the room where they all were and looked at taehyung. Y/n eyes got filled up with tears.
Y/n: Kim Taehyung, I love you and I always will!
Taehyung: Don't say it like that. It's all because of me. I shouldn't have loved you ever. This is my fault.
Y/n: No. It's not your fault. I choose it by myself. Do you know what is common in Love and Death? If you choose love over death or you choose death over love. It's either the same thing but with different scenarios and in my turn I chose Love! I chose death by myself. It wasn't your fault ever so don't blame yourself.
Leader: She's so smart! I like her but unfortunately this smarty can't live now. ASSISTANT!
Assistant: Yes sir! Now enough with the talk.
The one who reported the crime, will give the punishment by himself. SUHO, THE MIDDLE VAMPIRE SHOULD APPEAR NOW!
Taehyung looked at suho with anger. Suho came inside and smirked while looking at taehyung.
Suho (bows): Thank you, sir! I'm so grateful that you chose me.
Leader: Finish her!
Suho bows and smiles. He went to y/n and holds her neck.
Suho (sniffs her scent): I waited for you for so long, babygirl. Finally, you're mine!
Y/n tears rolled on her cheeks and she closed her eyes. Suho was about to bite her neck but-
Taehyung: WAIT!
Assistant gave a sign to suho to stop.
Taehyung: Sir! I would like to suggest you myself.
Leader: What?! Suggest yourself?
Taehyung: Yes sir!
Suho: What are you doing?
Taehyung: This is my punishment. I would like to suggest you myself for my own punishment.
I committed a crime and I should pay for it by myself. It will be a lesson for me and others as well. Please sir, order me to kill y/n.
Y/n (shouts): NO! What are you doing, Taehyung! No sir don- (cuts her)
Leader: I like your suggestion. Leave her suho. Now taehyung will do this job.
Taehyung: Thank you sir!
Suho: But-
Assistant: Master said back off. COME ON!
Suho moved back and taehyung went to y/n.
Y/n: Don't do this to yourself, tae! PLEASE!
Taehyung: I love you, y/n!
Y/n (screams): NOOOOO!
Taehyung bites her neck with tears in his eyes. Y/n was crying and screaming because of the pain. Y/n scream started getting low because of weakness and after sometime y/n got unconscious. Taehyung gets back from her.
Taehyung (crying): Baby, I-I'm sorry!
Assistant came and unlocked y/n's hands. She fell on the ground. Taehyung sat next to her and held her in his arms.
Leader: I never expected this from you guys. I thought you were my obedient vampires but you both disappointed me. I still can't believe that taehyung and jungkook broke the rule.
Taehyung eyes widened and he looked at Jungkook.
Jungkook: M-me?
Leader: What did you think I will never get to know about your lovely girlfriend?
Leader gave a sign to suho. Suho went out of the room and came with Jojo.
Jungkook: Jojo!
Jojo (crying): Kookie help me!
Leader: Finish her suho!
Suho didn't took a second and he immediately bite jojo's neck. Jojo screamed from pain. Jungkook hurriedly ran towards suho and pushed him away. Suho fell on the ground. Jungkook hovered over him and started beating him angrily. Assistant ran towards jungkook and pulled him away. Jungkook punched him in the face. All the guards vampire came and starting beating Jungkook.
A fist fight started among the V Guys and Guards. Suho again went to jojo to suck her blood but taehyung ran and stand infront of suho.
Suho (smirks): Really? You think you can stop me!
Suho hurriedly punched taehyung in his stomach. Taehyung bend down because of the pain and suho took the advantage of it. He immediately held taehyung's neck tightly from behind.
Suho: I'm sure that you know what will happen if I pulled your neck harder. (whispers) Your head and body will get separated and here ends the story of Kim Taehyung!
Suddenly someone came and holds suho neck from behind.
???: Same goes for you, middle! Leave my V or else I'll pull out your head.
Suho eyes widened and he left taehyung. Taehyung (turns back and smiles): Y/n! 
Suho: Y/n, calm down. Let's talk it out huh!
Y/n (shouts): HOW DARE YOU TOUCH HIM HUH?!
Suho gets flashback about when he followed y/n and she got hurt because of him so taehyung punched him and said:
Taehyung: HOW DARE TOU TOUCH HER HUH?!
Suho flashback ends (laughs): Holy Shit! You both are same. Assholes!
Y/n tightens her grip and pulls his neck little to scare him.
Leader: ENOUGH EVERYONE!
Everyone stopped fighting and noticed y/n.
Taehyung: Y/n leave him!
Y/n: No!
Taehyung: Babe please listen to me. Leave him!
Y/n sighs and leaves him while pushing him. Suho looked at y/n. She was standing like nothing happened to her.
Suho: How are you alive? This is impossible!
Y/n: I'm a vampire now! Didn't you noticed it from my strength?
Leader: How is this possible when taehyung sucked out your blood. You can't be a vampire if he sucked your blood till death. (realizes) Wait! It means you didn't sucked her blood.
Taehyung: Yes. I just infected her with my venom. I didn't sucked her blood.
Flashback when taehyung told his plan to the V Guys.
Taehyung: I will make the leader to choose me for killing y/n and than I will infect her with my venom. I will not suck her blood. I will just infect her that's how she will turn into vampire and will be with me forever.
Flashback ends.
Leader: You know that this is against the rules. She should be dead.
Taehyung: She is dead. She is a vampire that's the proof that she is dead now. She isn't a human anymore. Sir, I truly apologize to you but I can't let her go. Please! I'm begging you.
Leader (thinks for a bit): Okay! I accept her death and welcome her to the vampire world.
Y/n and taehyung got happy but they gets remember about jojo and jungkook. They turned back immediately and saw jojo in jungkook's arms.
Jungkook (crying): Jojo please wake up! Don't leave me like this. You promised me you'll stay with me forever. Why're you doing this to me now!
Jojo (opens her eyes): I kept my promise. I'm not going to leave you my kookie!
Jungkook (happily): You....you turned in to a vampire, right? Just like y/n!
Jojo gets up and helped jungkook in getting up.
Jojo (bows): Master! Please accept me also in your vampire world!
Leader (laughs): You both girls are so naive but I like it! Yeah yeah welcome in vampire world, Mrs. Jungkook!
Jojo (shouts): Ahhhhh he called me your wife, kookie! HE CALLED ME MRS. JUNGKOOK!
Everyone laughed and gets together.
Taehyung and y/n hugged each other tightly.
Taehyung: I told you I'll never leave you. I'm always by your side.
Y/n (giggled): I knew it that's why I loved you because you'll never leave me whatever happens.
Suho: But this is wrong! You both should be dead by now. Ugh I worked so hard to kill y/n and you messed it up. (points at taehyung)
Leader: Enough, middle! Don't cross your limits. Get out of here and never come hack or else I'll kill you!
Assistant gave a sign to the guards and they threw suho out of the headquarter.
Leader: Congratulations, Kim Taehyung! Now go and get married with her, okay?
Taehyung (laughs): Yes sir! I will.
Time passed. Y/n birthday came after one month and she turned 18, that's what everyone thinks but her age is stuck at 17 now. She will never get old because she's a vampire now. Three months later.
Jojo: Look at you how pretty you're looking.
Y/m started crying.
Y/n: Eomma! Why're you crying? I'm not going to die. I'm just getting married!
Y/m (laughs while crying): These tears are because of happiness, my baby. You're getting married and now I'll be all alone.
Y/n: Awww my lovely mom! Don't say like that. If you say than I'll never get married.
Jojo: You will dump taehyung than?
Y/n: Yeah. I will leave him for my mom.
Taehyung (shocked): WHAT?! You're planning to dump me? Ahhhh y/n I loved you so much. Why would you leave me like this?! (He sat on the ground and started crying like a baby).
Y/n: Taehyung! Why're you acting like a baby?!
Y/m: Yeah. You should act mature because you'll have your own baby now!
Taehyung and Y/n looked at y/m.
Taehyung and Y/n: Mom, please!
Jojo (laughs): Haha both of you look at your faces. Your faces have turned red like tomatoes.
Y/n: Okay okay enough both of you! Taehyung, get up and go outside. Your suit will get dirty. GET UP!
Taehyung gets up and y/n pushed him out of the bridal room.
Jojo: Come on, let me do your touch up and than we will head out for wedding.
Y/n: Okay than do it fast. I can't wait to be called Mrs. Taehyung!
Jojo did her touch up and than they went out for event. The event started.
Priest: Ms. Y/n, do you accept Mr. Kim as your husband?
Y/n (smiles): Yes I do!
Priest: Mr. Kim, do you accept Ms. Y/n as your wife?
Taehyung (smiles): Yes I do!
Priest: Congratulations! You both now are Husband and Wife!
Everyone claps and cheers them.
Jojo: Taehyung! Kiss her!
Jk: Yeah. Kiss her V!
Everyone started shouting: KISS! KISS! KISS!
Taehyung wraps y/n's waist with his arms and kissed her passionately.
Everyone cheered happily. They both got married happily ever after.
*book closed*
Y/n looked at the book's title and it says:
LOVE AND DEATH.
Y/n: Ahhhh tae, the female lead turned into vampire and in the end they got married.
Taehyung: For the 167th time, you're still excited after reading it like you've read this book for the first time.
Y/n: Babe, you know this book is my favorite because the hero and heroine have same names just as us.
Taehyung chuckled and came close to y/n. He puts a soft kiss on her lips.
Taehyung: Should we name our child as Jungkook? I want my son to be just like Jeon Jungkook from this book.
Y/n (looks at her belly): And what if it is a girl?
Taehyung: Than jojo? I hope she would be just like that second lead from the book.
Y/n (blushed): Okay than names decided. Jungkook and Jojo!
Taehyung smiled and kissed on y/n's belly. Y/n kissed on taehyung's forehead.
Y/n: Tae bear!
Taehyung (smiles): Yes, my love!
Y/n: Should we read "Love and Death" again?
Taehyung takes book from y/n and puts it aside.
Taehyung (kisses on her cheek): Why don't we go in our room and have some talk?
Y/n (blushed): No. No. No. You will not just talk taehyung?
Taehyung took y/n in bridal style.
Y/n: Noooo! Taehyung, you dirty bear. Put me down.
Taehyung: Sorry! The number you've dialed wants to make love with her wife. He won't listen to anyone, not even her wifey!
Y/n: Someone save me!
Taehyung and y/n went inside the room.
