Chapter 2 : The Secrets

Recap:
Y/n and her mom recently shifted to Seoul from Jeju. It was first day at school. Y/n made a friend named Jojo. At school, she met a boy group but they seemed a little weird to her. (Read from the first part for more details).

Y/n POV:
Y/n: Hey Good Boy! (smiles)
Y/n (in her mind): Why his hands are so cold?
(She was about to ask him but jojo interrupted).
Jojo: Why did you introduced yourself to just y/n? I'm also here. Can you see that huh?
Taehyung: Oh, my apologies. Hi, Ms. Jojo. (bows).
Jojo: (laughs) OMG! You guys are amazing. This year is going to be so much fun.
Y/n: Why are you guys standing in silence. Introduce yourselves too.
Namjoon: I'm Kim Namjoon and this is Kim Seokjin. We are Taehyung's brothers.
Jojo: Oh, so you guys are going to be y/n's brother-in-laws.
Namjoon: (confused) Excuse me?
Y/n: (hits jojo) Do you want to die already?
Jojo: (laughs nervously) Uh I'm sorry. I didn't mean it. It just slipped out of my mouth.
Y/n: Then you should better keep your mouth shut.
Jojo: Yeah. I think I should.
Jungkook: Ahhhh this is so annoying. Listen, let me get this straight. If you both don't want any trouble. Just go already.
Namjoon: JK! Why are you being so rude with them? It's good to make new friends. Remember?
Jungkook: (sighs) I can't just take this anymore.
Jungkook left from there.
Hoseok: I'm Jung Hoseok. Nice to meet you.
Yoongi: I'm Min Yoongi and this is Park Jimin. I'm sorry but we have to go now. See you guys later.
Jimin: Byeeee.
Y/n and Jojo: Bye!
Hoseok, Yoongi and Jimin went after jungkook.
Namjoon: I'm really sorry guys for jungkook's behavior. He misses his old place that's why he's being like this.
Y/n: Don't you guys also miss your old place?
Taehyung: We miss it so much but we had to move here because of some personal reasons. (Looks at y/n while saying).
Jojo: I'm confused a little bit. You three are brothers, right? And obviously you guys have a family.
Jin: Umm yeah.
Jojo: So, what I'm trying to say is doesn't they have any family or something? Why did they moved here with your family? No offense, no sarcasm. Just asking.
Namjoon: Umm uhhh you know what, we should go in our classes or else we will get late. Come on, Jin. V.
They all left from there and went in the classrooms.
Y/n: (hits jojo) Why did you had to ask so personal question?
Jojo: I'm sorry. I was just curious.
Y/n: Well, your curiosity just made them think that we are perverts, do you know that?
Jojo: What?! Noooooo. We are not.
Y/n: Ahhhh you just ruined our first impression. Now, lets go to the class.
They both went in.
In class, the whole time y/n was looking at Taehyung but he didn't saw her, not even once. She felt so embarrassed because of what happened.
After class in the canteen:
The V guys were sitting at their places while taehyung wasn't there. Y/n and jojo was also there.
Y/n: Hey! Do you know where taehyung is?
Jojo: How would I know that? I'm disturbed with jungkook's behavior. What if he doesn't like me?
Y/n was looking at the V guys and jojo kept talking to her.
Y/n: Something's weird jo- (jojo cuts)
Jojo: Uhhh What is wrong with me? Why did I asked him so personal question? I shouldn't have asked, right? I fucked up already. (Panicking)
Y/n noticed that V guys weren't talking to each other and was silent as they were listening to someone's conversation.
Y/n: Jojo I think......(jojo cuts again)
Jojo: You know what, we should apologize to them. No no. I should apologize to them. To Jungkook. They would have told jungkook already, don't you think? Ahhhh what he would be thinking about me.
Jojo was continuously talking which made y/n angry and she slammed her hand on the table and shouted.
Y/n: JOJO!
Jojo stopped talking and looked at y/n.
Jojo: I'm sorry. What you were saying?
Y/n: (sighs) Nothing.
She got up, took her bag and went out of the cafeteria. The V guys looked at her going out of the cafeteria in anger. Y/n went towards the library. Suddenly, She bumped into Taehyung and fell on the ground because of the pressure.
Y/n: Ouch!
Taehyung: Are you okay? I'm sorry. I didn't saw you coming.
Y/n: I'm fine. It's okay.
Taehyung helped her and offered his hand. Y/n held taehyung hand and gets up.
Y/n: Taehyung!
Taehyung: Yeah?
Y/n: Your hands........your hands are so cold.
Taehyung immediately removed his hands from her hand.
Taehyung: It's nothing.
Y/n: No. Taehyung. Your hands are so cold. Are you sick?
Y/n puts her hand on his forehead to check his temperature and he was damn freezing.
Y/n (gasp): OMG! Taehyung, you're so cold as ice.
Taehyung (nervously): I told you it's nothing. Just.....can you just please not tell anyone?
Y/n: Uhhh okay. I will not but-
Taehyung: Thank you. Bye!
Taehyung left rushed from there as it some secret of him was nearly exposed. Y/n felt it so weird. She went back to the canteen. When she entered the canteen, she saw that jojo was sitting with the V guys and they were all laughing and talking with each other.
Y/n: Hey! What's this? You guys are having fun without me. This is not fair. (Pouts)
Namjoon stands from his seat and offers y/n to sit on it and he sits on another chair.
Namjoon: (winks) Sorry for having fun without you.
Y/n (giggles): Yeah you should be sorry.
Jojo: Y/n I've apologized to them for my behavior. Namjoon tell her or else she will still be mad with me.
Namjoon: Oh yeah. It wasn't a big deal. We didn't mind it actually but yeah she apologized.
Y/n: Haha then it's good.
Y/n looks at taehyung. He was sitting in silence and wasn't doing any action as he was possessed by someone.
Y/n (in mind): What happened to him? Why is he not talking to anyone? Am I the reason he's not saying anything but I didn't did anything to hurt him or maybe I did.
Taehyung: No you didn't.
Y/n (shocks): HUH! WHAT?
Taehyung (nervously): Uh- umm nothing. I thought you said something.
Y/n: No I didn't.
Taehyung: Oh I.....I guess- (Namjoon cuts)
Namjoon: Maybe you're hallucinating.
Taehyung: Huh! YEAH YEAH! Maybe I am.
Namjoon: You are not okay I think.
Taehyung: Yeah I'm not feeling okay.
Y/n: Your hands were also cold back there. Are they still cold? (touches his hand)
Y/n: They are still freezing, Taehyung. You should go see a doctor. (V immediately removed his hand).
Jin: I think we should go home now.
Namjoon: Yeah. Come on guys. Let's go.
Y/n: But he needs to see a doctor.
Namjoon: He's alright. We will see you tomorrow, bye!
Hoseok: Bye bye ladies. See you tomorrow.
Y/n and Jojo: Bye!
Time skips.
At home:
Y/n was lying on her bed thinking about taehyung.

Y/n POV: (flashbacks)
When I first met him, he didn't sat with me and left the classroom. Second time, at the parking lot, I was talking to myself in my mind and he smiled at me as he heard something. That's what happened today also. I was talking in mind and he answered. Did he read my mind? How? When he introduced himself to me and we shake hands, his hands were so cold but I didn't had a chance to ask him but when I second time touched his hand they were cold at that time also. It's not winter yet. His hands are freezing in summer. How is that possible?
And even if it was winter. Any human's hand wouldn't be this colder. (Her eyes widened) Maybe.....he-he's not human?! No no no. I'm going crazy uhhh.
POV ends.

She tucks in her blanket and fall asleep. She was having this nightmare again. She used to have sometimes.
Y/n (in dream): Who are you?
???: I'm your love.
Y/n: NO. You aren't. Where is he?
???: Babe, trust me. I'm your love.
Y/n (shouts): NO YOU ARE NOT! HE IS NOT LIKE YOU! HE'S A HUMAN!
???: I know I'm not a human. I'm a vampire but I'm the one you love. I'm Taehyung. Your TAETAE.
Y/n: I don't believe me. If you're my taetae then show me your face. Why you're hiding? (He was standing showing his back towards her).
He turns back and looks at y/n.
Y/n (gasps): TAE?! It's really you.
Taehyung comes near her and bites on her neck with his vampire teeth. Y/n screamed in pain. She woke up from the dream while screaming.
Y/n: WHAT THE HELL?! The nightmare I used to have sometimes is not just a nightmare I guess. That vampire. It was taehyung.
She looks here and there to find his laptop. She grabs her laptop and searches information about vampires. She found some information.

Vampires are the deadliest immortal creatures which feeds on human blood. They have cold and pale skin. They have great sense of hearing. There abilities are mind reading, superhuman strengths like running speed, they are also so strong.

After reading all of this, y/n's eyes widened. She realized that all of the informations about vampires are similar to Taehyung but she wasn't afraid of him because she already started liking him. She liked him when she saw him first time. You know love at first sight.
Y/n: Idk if this is true or not. I'm not scared of him. If he wants to kill me. He can.
