Chapter 1: Meeting Evelyn and Alcina

"I have found a small child, I haven't learned their name as their unconscious yet I feel as if I should keep him safe no matter the consequence." An unknown voice was then revealed to be a young girl with black hair that covered her eyes who was in a muddy cream-colored nightgown. "Is that why you requested my help, Evelyn?" A man's voice asks the girl now known as Evelyn. "Yes, you're the one known as the Earth correct?" Evelyn asked him. "No, you're not mistaken but please tell me why you have taken interest in this child. I've looked through their memories." the Earth devil spoke. "And?" Evelyn anxiously asked. "And, the child you found is a young girl around the age you were when you died, her name is Ruby Rose." The Earth Devil informed Evelyn. "SO SHE IS SIX!?!? WHY WAS A SIX-YEAR-OLD ALL ALONE IN THE MIDDLE OF A BLIZZARD? WAS SHE SEPARATED FROM HER FAMILY OR DID THEY ABANDON HER?!?"Evelyn yelled getting incredibly protective of the newfound friend. "Evelyn you need to calm down we don't know what happened the kid could have just gotten lost after getting off of a train," Ted responded trying to find a reasonable answer to why a child was alone. "***I AM CALM***" Evelyn explained the whites of her eyes turning matte black with a tear like the substance of the same color running down her cheeks, pupils turning a bright goldish yellow color. "I just want to know why my mother is trying to perform a ritual on the child, wait?" Evelyn paused looking at TED(The Earth Devil) "could you possibly combine their souls or find them if I can do that then I can protect her. My mother is only doing this to bring me back to life, I just want to protect Ruby from what you've shown me she's innocent and someone who would do anything to protect others even if she didn't even know who they were." Evelyn paused before continuing now cracks in her voice and actual tears streaming down her face. "My mother, she isn't safe to be around.....She gets angry so easily that she's going to hurt Ruby but when I found her Ruby already had bruises and a broken arm I don't want her to hurt anymore. PLEASE JUST LET ME HELP HER!!" Evelyn yelled now softly sobbing. Now changing to see what Evelyn and Ted could see it was Ruby and tattered clothes, clothes covered with dirt dust grime, and a bit of dried blood. Ruby's shirt was incredibly stained but you could tell that it once was a light gray, but the sleeves had various holes and cuts in them. The pants well you can barely tell him what they were they look like old shorts. You can see several visible bruises on Ruby's face, dried scrapes, and old cuts covering her arms and legs. "all right Evelyn. I'll help you but I'll only Bond your two souls, not mine alongside yours at least not at the same time her body is too frail for this but in due time I will. It appears that her semblance makes her body like she's in an RPG in other words I can be an unlockable mentor or assistance for her." TED spoke common and finished with "keep her safe help her. We will be there for both of you. And oh also she comes from around 7,568 years in the future" "it appears how she got here was someone attacked her with their semblance, and it seemed the someone was time manipulation." TED spoke about problems to allow everyone to understand the information. "It appears her semblance activated the moment she was hit and absorbed the other person's semblance though it's going to take a long time for it to reveal itself to her."
"How exactly am I going to bond with her?" Evelyn asked.
"Well we'll be fulfilling the ritual that Miranda has been trying to do for so long, but instead of switching souls, two souls will be in one body. One with more control than the other but both have equal parts and keeping the body alive it's unneeded for both souls to be in the same body at the same time but forever connected to be near each other and have each other's backs."
"All right let's go. Also, Miranda is not my mother not anymore. Not after all she's done." Evelyn spoke coldly when talking about the Miranda woman. Now in Ruby's mind: "hey can you hear me?" Evelyn softly asked Ruby concerned about the young girl in front of her room they're leaving responded with something very similar to a flinch. "W-who are you?" Ruby asked Superior terror that she was feeling bleeding through her words. "I'm someone who wants to help, my name is Evelyn"Evelyn softly responded gently standing closer to the young girl. "R-really?" Ruby cautiously asked. "Yep, I'm here to help. But I need to take control of your body for a little bit I'll make sure you don't get hurt it's just going to be like falling asleep." Evelyn softly explained to the individual in front of her. "O-okay," Ruby spoke the pure exhaustion very evident in her now as she was not as fearful as she was moments before.
"Don't worry about anything, I will keep you safe rest up little pedal. When you wake up you'll be at a friend of mine's house okay don't worry about anything." Evelyn softly spoke in a calm and consider it telling in an attempt to calm down the young girl. "Okay" tiredly responded falling asleep. Evelyn now taking full control over Ruby's body. One of Ruby's eyes now changed to goldish yellow with the same matte black liquid seeping out of her right eye. Black wings now rested on her back waiting to be used to take flight. A bright swirl of both gold and red consumed her body. When the lights died down her body was left with no injuries only scars no bruises just scars. "Evelyn my beloved daughter," Miranda said with a sickeningly sweet voice. "***NO***" Evelyn yelled venom very evident in her voice. "What do you mean no?" Miranda asked. "I mean no I'm not your daughter," Evelyn spoke venom still there. "W-what are you doing Evelyn?" Miranda asked backing up as Evelyn now hold the weapon in her hand with a menacing Aura filled with hatred surrounding her.
**A small time script to the Dimitrescu Castle**
Ruby woke up with bandages on the left side of her face, Evelyn told Ruby that it was because Miranda had beasts called likens attackers while she was leaving. Ruby was now eating some bacon eggs sausage and toast with a cup of green tea. Being fed by the owner of the castle herself. "all right young one let's get you some news. **Another time skip because I don't know how to do clothes shopping** Ruby was now wearing a red jacket that was a bit too big a black turtleneck gray pants black gloves a green eye patch of blue amulet a brown belt and gray and red shoes.
Alcina Dimitrescu POV:
In 2 weeks since I took in Ruby. She's such a sweet girl but I can't help to wonder where she came from. And where are her parents? I thought my looking at the sleeping child currently resting their head on her arm. Ruby groaned and began to shift her body slowly waking up sleepily yet happily saying "good morning big sister" with a big smile. "Good morning little dove," I respond lovingly. "Lady Dumitrescu, your brother is near." An unnamed maid said from the doorway before leaving. "Ruby, would you like to meet my brother?" I asked. "can I wear the white gray and black gear?" Ruby excitedly asked. "Of course, you can little dove." I softly responded.
3rd POV:
Small Time skip now shows Ruby wearing a black turtleneck with a red hoodie, with white insides. The same amulet from before dark red combat boots combat pants which were Gray and about that holds tools. Bandages covering their right eye and some parts of her cheeks. And a mask around her hip.
