Amber Weasley was always a bit different from her family. She wasn't chivalrous or daring. She was better at staying inside and beating her brother in Wizard's Chess or writing 400-page books and publishing them out to the community.
At the age of ten, she had already written eight books, and the other members of her family were beginning to question whether she would be sorted into Gryffindor when she turned eleven.
A year later, she was sorted into Ravenclaw, which was simply unheard of in the Weasley family. Yet it wasn't until her third year that she finally talked to Luna Lovegood, all because of a missing pair of socks.
