Pads, Tampons, and Choices

Tough one. First decide if your going to use pads, tampons, or menstrual cups. Once you find that out, you can look at the different brands. I use Always, but they're many other brands, for example Kotex and Equate. Now, decide how heavy or light your flow is. Always has a maxi pad, an ultra thin, and an overnight. Go ahead and pick up a pack of overnights, even if you use tampons. You can't keep them in overnight. Now decide the size. Do you want a large tampon or a small pad. Small tampon or large pad? Whatever size you pick, it should be comfortable. Now buy! Have fun!
