It Is Almost The End Of 2019 In December And Most Of The SMG4 Gang Are At The Entrance Of A New Years Festival. Everyone Except Tari And Saiko Were There Since The Girls Were Running Late Because They Were Thinking About Bringing Desti To The Festival, Despite The Fact With Mario's Distrust And Grudge With Desti Still Being A Problematic Matter.
"Wow... So This Is The New Years Festival." Luigi Said, Looking Around In Awe.
"It's Beautiful." SMG4 Said, With An Emotional Feeling.
"Well Diddly-Doo, What A Great Way To End This Year!" Shroomy Said With Delight.
"..I Bet Meggy Would've Loved This." Mario Said, Feeling Both Amazed At The Festival Yet Sad As He Thinks About How It Could've Felt If Meggy Was Still Alive To Enjoy The Festival.
"I Heard That There's Going To Be Fireworks Tonight! I Hope The Girls Don't Miss Out On That." Boopkins Said With Glee.
"Yeah Say, Speaking Of The Girls, Where Are They?" SMG4 Asked, Realizing The Girls Absence All Of A Sudden.
"Hmm. Well, I'm Sure They're Fine. Just Running A Little Late Is All, Shouldn't Be A Worry." Luigi Said, Assuring The Others That The Girls Could Be Okay.
"AlRighT LosERS, LiStEN Up! aS tHe LEaDeR Of oUR gRoUp, yOu AlL HavE To FOllow WHat I Do! GuYs? gUyS! LisETN To Me dAmNiT!" Bob Called Out, As He Jumped Onto A Random Booth Attempting To Lead The Group, But Everyone Almost Immediately Split Up Much To His Disappointment.
Not Long After, Desti, Tari And Saiko Have Finally Arrived At The Festival With Desti And Tari Mostly Amazed.
"Whoa, So This Is A New Years Eve Festival? It Looks Pretty Nice! Seems A Little Different From What You'd See At A Splatfest." Desti Said, Looking Around In Amazement As She Has Never Seen A Festival Like This Before Compared To Any She Might've Seen In Inkopolis.
"I Want To Play And Eat Everything!" Tari Said, Very Eager To Do So Much At This Festival.
"Yeah, It's Ok, I Guess." Saiko Said, Not Really Feeling Much For This Festival.
"Do You Two Think That There'll Be Fireworks Here?" Desti Asked Curiously.
"Hmm, From What I've Heard, There Should Be For Tonight." Tari Answered.
"Neat!" Desti Said.
"Okay, NOW WE'RE TALKING!" Saiko Shouted, Now Feeling Excited For The Fireworks.
"I Wonder Where Everyone Else Is." Tari Said, Seeing How None Of Their Friends Are To Be Seen.
"Maybe They're Already Here In The Festival. I See Bob Over There." Desti Said, Assuming That Everyone Was Already Enjoying The Festival And Pointed At A Whacked Bob Nearby Who Was Attacked By The Guy Who's Booth That Bob Was Jumping On.
"Well If Mario's Here, Maybe Keep Your Distance In Case." Saiko Suggested To Desti.
"Right. Kinda Bothering Me That He Still Has Such A Grudge With Me, Even With..." Desti Said.
"Don't Worry, It'll Be Okay. He May Be An Idiot, But Her Death's Hardened Him More Then Us Really." Saiko Said, Comforting Desti.
