The past few days have been very confusing for the young boy, everyone was surprisingly treating him very well, even the nurses. Don't get him wrong, he still hates needles, doctors, and everything in between, but lately, they have been so nice to him, that it makes him wonder 'Is this what it feels like to be a normal kid?'

Aizawa and that detective Tsukauchi has been visiting him very routinely, probably almost every day as if they're supervising him, which they probably are.

Hebi knows that they're doing this because it's their job, but he can't help but feel extremely happy, pleased even, that they actually have treated him very nicely.

They taught him how to use a phone, how to play games, they taught him about music, in which by the way he's somehow attractd to the bands back in the 2020s, and they've treated him like.. well a kid.

They didn't yell at him, they didn't tell him to do stupidly dangerous things, they didn't tell them to do anything. The only thing they told him to do was to 'rest well'. If that's even an order in the first place.

Which is why he's scared as of what is going to happen when he's free to go from the hospital, where will he go from there? Aizawa has made it very obvious that he's not going to Tartarus, so where will he go?

A foster family? Worse yet, another facility that watches his every move? He thinks that it makes no difference if it is so, stuck in a facility with scientists and other scary adults around him. The only difference is the label, one of them is 'good' and the other is 'bad'. It's the same eitherway, he thinks.

This place has been heaven for him and he's absolutely terrified of having to go back to where he was before.

That's why he's been so dreadful the past couple of days, people tend to he happy when they hear that they're getting out of the hospital, well he is since he won't have to meet with needles again, or so he was told, but again where would he go?

Speaking of, Aizawa has gotten him that quirk cancelling glasses he's been talking about, and Hebi absolutely loved it. It was dark enough that his eyes don't hurt, but it was also clear enough to let him see the things that he usually can't.

He was absolutely thrilled, the moment he was allowed to go out of his room, he roamed the hospital with shining eyes, he stared at the people that passed by, and took a happy breath in as he walked past the hospital's garden.

With supervision of course, but he didn't mind, they didn't do anything, only stopping him when he gets too chirpy and energetic.

The one thing he probably wasn't too fond of is how they'd try to feed him as much food as they could, because apparently as a fifteen year old and still growing, he was far too small. They said it was malnutrition or at least that's what he thought they called it.

But overall, he's been enjoying his stay, until it was time that it ends.

He was freed after about a month, and his heart was beating as fast as a train without brakes, he was scared about being throwed away, where will he go now? What's the plan? What if he goes back to his facility? He doesn't want that.

But apparently his dreadful wait and questions are finally answered as Aizawa came to pick him up from the hospital.

"So here's the thing kid, you're staying with me."

Hebi stopped mid-way, doing all but moving with his eyes boring at the hero's back who, at the moment, is lifting his things, though there aren't exactly much, into the car.

"What?"

"Well, the authorities think it's wise for you to be kept under the supervision of a hero until you can at least control your quirk, and well since I can help you control yours they think I'm the best suite." As he stood up straight and closed the trunk, he turned around to give a look at the boy. "Hope you don't mind?"
